Hi this my first post here.. I've got a 2009 joyner renegade that after it sits for an hour or two it takes forever ( like 10-20 min of cranking with full throttle)to start but once it starts it runs fine until you let it sit I've checked fuel and fuel pressure, spark and spark plugs I'm thinking it must be some kind of sensor I'm hoping someone on here can help.. thanks

Could be the fuel pump... check the pressure after it sit for a while but before you start it up i have heard of t2 having those problems also i think there's an thread about that on here

In start mode, it doesn't get any gas at full throttle. Full throttle is for flood clearing when starting. Do a compression test. Pull your injector rail with the injectors and disconnect the ignition coil. Point the injectors into the air and crank it to see if all the injectors look like they are spraying ok. Do it quickly. Be careful, this is a great way to start a fire. Remember your misting an easily ignitable gas mixture into the air. I would do this outside and have a fire extinguisher handy. It not too bad, I've done it several times but be careful. There is a fuel replacement that is available for this test which won't ignite. Its probably not a sensor.

Potential issues I would address first; Weak spark, Not getting fuel, Low compression

In my experience and from people I've talked to, low compression will cause the engine not to start by starter, if you push it or coast down a hill and get it to turn over faster, it will start and run great, even restart with no problem, until you let it cool off for a few hours, then it won't start again. Like Lenny said, check your compression!

How many miles do you have on it and have you changed your air filter over to a trusted brand, my 08 air filter passed a lot of fine dust, another fix is to put a snorkel on it so you it gets fresh clean air to breath.

DId you ever find a fix to your issue below?

I have the same issue, and the dealer that I purchased the Joyner is also unable to get it to crank. They were recommending that we replace the Power controller because the spark plugs weren't getting enough juice, but after doing so with another client with a similar issue, this didn't fix the issue either.

Any thoughts on the below would be most appreciated as everyone seems to be at a loss of the issue here.

Won't crank sounds like a starter problem, but it could be a solenoid problem where the solenoid doesn't come in hard enough, see interposing relay articles on this site, I haven't had any problems since I installed one on my Trooper.

I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.

I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.

I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.

I am at a loss, please help!

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it.
Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming.
Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light.
Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?
Thanks in advance and hope this all make sense!

If interested I also have an 07 1000rr engine setup I would sell with the buggy for $650.
      Thanks!
