2014 diesel mule transmission failure

Showing 1,200 miles & 140 hours the transmission failed, the selling dealer tells me the different sized tires on the front vs rear are the culprit.

They installed matching taller tires on all four (at my request) and tightened up the spring @ the converter to the 2nd notch. ( I have no idea what that means).

My previous mule 3010 gas lasted over 1,000 hours of abuse, I mean hard abuse on construction sites by my employees.

I went with a diesel for my own use thinking that diesel is a heaver duty machine. This machine gets babied.

Now they stopped making the diesel option for 2015.

Can I expect an additional failure soon? Maybe go back to stock size tires & wheels?

      Hi All,
New to UTVs and recently accuired a ut400 from our local Alaska Commercial Co. and had a questions regarding the transmission fluid. I have had a squeeling noise, sounds like a teapot, that recently started after being driven for a few minutes. The manual says to change the fluid at 500 miles, so I was thinking maybe its just time for this to be changed. Other then that I cannot find any information regarding the type used. While reading through these forums, I seen someone put that the transmission is lubricated with the engine oil. Is this true? If not what should I be using and where can I find the information to change it out? Any input on this would be greatly appretiated!
      Thanks in advance

I am trying to locate a transmission radiator for my 2022 coleman UT400.  I cannot find a parts listing that shows the transmission radiator, so I am not sure what the part number is.

I installed a new GY6 150cc engine in a Bull Dog Pup 200 and when I put it in drive, it grinds for a second and then runs fine.  Works great when i place it in reverse.  Could it be from it idling too high?   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks!!!!

Does anyone out there have a rear differential for a trooper for sale?

I have a 2022 Hisun 750 Sector which comes with a locked rear differential. Was wondering if it would be possible to install an unlocking differential.  I see that there are some Hisun made machines that come with the unlocking rear diff, such as Cub Cadet Challenger, some of the Massimos, and probably others. My concern is whether these would be a direct bolt on, using the original axles, drive shaft, and of course matching gear ratio. I've tried to match up part numbers but it seems every brand has their own number system even for parts that I know are identical. If anyone has ever done this swap or has any information about the whether these unlocking rear diffs are comparable to the Sector, I'd appreciate your input.
