Electrical issue

Recommended Posts

I have a 2009 Joyner Trooper II with a small problem.

The plastic blocks that plug into the relays behind the passengers seat for the Cooling fan ,Fuel pump and ECM were failing so I had to cut each of the 4 wires that terminate in the blocks and install female spade connectors to fix the problem. In doing this I believe I got a few wires crossed and I was hoping someone out there with a 2008 or 2009 Trooper II could take a picture of their three relays defining wich wires (color coded) go where on each of the 3 relays and forward that to my e-mail, [email protected]. I would greatly appreciate this.

Here's the picture of just what you asked for, more or less.

Here's the whole folder to help you figure out what you're looking out.

The schematic is of what I changed my system to, I used FETs instead of relays.

PM me if you need to talk to me

KINARFI,

Thank you for replying to my post. It appears you have been around the Joyner based on your Album pics etc, great support for me hopefully. I see you have converted to FET's and I am more so a novice to amateur regarding the electrical, so please bear with me. I looked at your picture and do see wires that are common, but I was hoping I could either get pics of the relays for the ECM, Fuel Pump and Cooling Fan as they plug into those relays, allowing me to identify the correct wire based on color for each relay. I uploaded a few pics of my relays prior to removal and those are in the Photos tab under albums I believe, Joyner Trooper II relays.

Maybe we could talk or whatever you feel is best, but I would greatly appreciate the help if your willing and have the time. My Number is (928) 533-7010 and its Mark.

At the end of last year my Coleman UT 500 will not go into reverse. I can hold it over toward the reverse to move it nut it won't lock into reverse. Anyone have this problem? Winter is just about over and going to have to get this resolved. Thank You!

I have a Bennche 700 EFI Bighorn. I’ve recently been unable to get it to start. After a little troubleshooting I realized my fuel pump was not pumping fuel. This weekend I emptied the gas and replaced it with new. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel injector. I also replaced the battery, spark plug and made sure all my fuses and relays were good. I have confirmed that the float on the fuel pump is not obstructed. The UTV is about 12 years old and has less than 100 hours on it. It has not run in over a year.  Not sure whats going on?!? After doing a little reading I'm leaning towards it being an issue with the ECU or perhaps a faulty wire in the wiring harness. Anyone have any ideas on where to start looking or what I could be dealing with? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
