I got to spend a day in the new Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 and wrote a review for Autoweek. I speculate that the future of UTVs will include far more luxury than current models, sort of the way SUVs started out as pickup trucks and evolved into as much luxury as they could pack into them. We're sort of at a crossroad in this evolution. What do you guys think? Are UTVs getting more luxurious? Here's the article:
I am brand new to UTVing and never owned one before. As a starter, I'm thinking of buying a Hisun 250 for several reasons. First, it will exist in my existing cargo trailer and also in my garage. Secondly, I'm contemplating just light trail riding on narrow trails so the 250's width would be ideal.
I'm only 5'7" but weigh nearly 200lbs (no diet advice please ) so I'm wondering how a 250 would do both for fit and for power. It seems almost everyone who discusses a 250 does in the context of kids.
Also,any thoughts of whether a Hisun Scout 250 is any better than a Strike? As I said, I'm not planning on pushing the unit --just want to get out into the woods and desert.

Custom camshafts for 800cc 1100cc.Chery Engines.
We just installed a new regrind camshaft with new software.I don't want to say it but big time power.Low end more power you can be 5 gear at 25 and it gets up and goes. Can say this will kick 1100cc Viper a-- And this is the easiest thing to do and you will be amazed at the power yes in the seat of your pance.Power starts at 1500 rpm and you can feel the power pulling the engine at 2900 it just goes wild you can hear the engine changes sound as it winds up.I just got to drive it and it's great.Sorry but when something work this good it is exciting.Was tested on a renegade 800 cc.Check out YouTube silverbulletmotorspots cams and you will see how easy it is to install.And we did not use tuner all stock renegade.We are going to make a good video in the future.All i can say is this is the best and biggest performance upgrade part you can do yourself.In the past we did not show how to installing the cams with head on the engine.We supply all the shims.And we will do a good Video.This is the best thing it is amazing power.This is total change in power is amazing.The only thing else is the supercharger.We are going to test on the 800 cc engine this week.But believe me you will drive the buggy 800 cc.And will get out with a big smiling.It's killer power.The 1100 i can't wait to install.Any body who lives in Az & Ca.and Wants a camshaft installed we will do install for 80.00+parts only 1 install just to show how easy it is and the power it makes.You will be very impressed with the amount of torque.Puts out! Today, Polaris announced that they have an approved corrective-action plan for its RZR XP Turbo vehicles, following the stop-sale/stop-ride advisory in late July. Owners of model-year 2016 RZR XP Turbo vehicles can now contact their dealer to arrange for service, and Polaris will be giving all 2016 RZR XP Turbo owners an additional 12 months of warranty. In addition, all owners of recalled RZR 900 or 1000 vehicles who have their recall work completed by the end of 2016 will receive either a 12-month warranty extension for vehicles that were in warranty at the time of the recall, or a $250 voucher for accessories for vehicles that were out of warranty. All owners with recalled RZRs also qualify for a $1,000 loyalty discount on the purchase of any Polaris side-by-side between now and the end of 2017
