Make, year and Model???? Maybe someone has the same model that can help? What ever brand you have, try posting in that part of the forum and you may get more answers.

Try going to their website and see if you can download their manuals and you may luck out and find the electrical schematics.

My only other suggestion would be to trace the wires out to where they go and you should be good that way also.   Good luck.......

There are a couple of wiring diagrams online if you google it, and can read them.lol.  It looks like your wires are new enough to have readable labels on them still so that's a help.

Sorry I can't help more. If you click on "Forums" at the top of the page and scroll down you will see a list of different brands of UTV's. Just click on the HISUN one and ask your question again and hopefully there will be more people there to help.

We purchased this UTV less than 60 days ago and now I am having issues with drained battery. Used UTV for about an hour then stopped and when I went to start back up my battery was to low to start it. Jumped it and it started right up and ran fine back home. Tested charging and it’s not charging while running. Can it be anything other than the stater??? Can I look for something that I can fix Quik or does it have to go to the authorized service center to stay under warranty? It will take some time to get it in and out of service

Hello, All!  I've decided to replace the traction batteries in my 2018 Sector E1 with a 48V Lithium set. They may be expensive, but I figure the Discovery Dry Cell are, too. I am not looking for the max driving range, as I have never received near the brochured range to begin with, but a good mix of charge/ get work done/ charge is what I am expecting.
I have settled on the 48V EAGL kit from bigbattery dot com. Each battery pack provides 30Ah. The kit ships with a charger, as well. The packs would be physically connected in parallel (using a busbar) to one another, maintaining the 48V voltage, but together would be able to provide the amp draw the buggy pulls when going up hill or towing a rake (rated 320 max continuous Amps). This is in comparison to the serial connection the eight 6V lead batteries. Each of the EAGL batteries looks to have its own BMS; am I correct in thinking I will have to use their included charger rather than (simply) changing the onboard charger to lithium mode? The chemistry of the pack is LiFe PO4, for what it's worth.  I haven't torn anything apart yet (to diagram), so  I am not sure how the dash will interpret the AMP draw, but the kit I am looking at includes a dash mounted charge indicator.
If anyone has completed a similar conversion, do you have any tips? Specifically, how did you remove the original batteries, and how did you secure the new ones? I am guessing that almost any change from the stock batteries would involve at least some modifications. Any tips would be appreciated, especially things I may have failed to consider. Thanks!

I bought my Coleman 550 in 2022 from TSC, and the original battery worked fine until a month ago. I replaced it with a Super Start from O'Relly and have had trouble ever since.  Like a fool, I never looked at the maker or specs of the original battery.  I just asked for a replacement and left the old battery with O'Reilly. Can anyone tell me what battery they were putting in the Coleman 550's in 2022 or Where I can get a battery that is an exact replacement for original?
