2017 Honda pioneer with front tires 27-9R12 (rims 6.5 wide) and back tires 27-11R-12 (rims 8.0 wide).  What issues if mounting theses tires on rims 7 wide?

That's a huge sidewall. I'd think that they're very forgiving as far as wheel width difference. And it's such a small difference, that my guess, is that there's no problem. The rim manufacturer would know the absolute answer. Because of safety reasons, they'd almost have to respond to your inquiry.

We see a lot of the UT400 with shift problems, not going into gear, popping out of gear, grinding etc. There  is a bulletin Im sure everyone has saw about adjusting shift cable.  That dont always fix it.  I went round n round with coleman  on couple units. We are a Coleman warranty repair center"AFS Small Engine Repair "   I told them shift lever does not have enough travel .  No amount of cable adjustment  will increase travel . I  extended lever with piece on flat  iron by 3/4 of inch .  This gave shifter enough travel to properly engage into gear completely .  Last couple units to come in for this Coleman sent me a modified shift lever, with longer travel . Problem solved! Also , heads up if you get any new unit ,,,go over and check it out,  grease  all zerks, check air filter for being in backwards, check wiring harnesses for rubbing on rotating parts,  brake hose  routing , make sure not touching exhaust .  These are just  few of the more common failures I see .

Recently acquired a 21 year old Mule.  The previous owner let the brake master cylinder run dry, and when I flushed the brakes, one wheel's brakes locked up.  I took the wheel off, but cannot get the axle nut off, and there is not enough space to get my gear puller behind the drum anyway.  Anybody had an issue with seized brakes?  How can I get this thing off to replace it or rebuild it?

Hello everybody. I just tore a Yamaha apex snowmobile apart and I’m about ready to start fabbing up the mounting system for this thing. The Yamaha was in a stand alone setup. The gearbox was hard mounted to the chassis with the engine on four rubber mounts and that’s the way I’d like to build this too.
I ordered the secondary clutch from STM but it hasn’t arrived yet. The Yamaha secondary slid about 1/4” axially and I’m assuming that was to tolerate the fluctuation from the engine moving in the rubber mounts because of torque. I don’t believe the stm clutch has that slide action.
So my question is if I was to hard mount the rzr gearbox and leave the apex engine in its original mounts would the fluctuation from the primary under torque be bad enough to make the belts too far out of alignment ?
I’m not a fan of hard mounting the two together like Polaris does due to no ability to adjust the clutch alignment and the apex is sitting with fresh mounts installed in my garage as it sits. If I went with the rubber mounts that it already has I could be fabricating tomorrow. I’ve seen the kits available and I’m not paying that kind of money. Everything I need to fabricate this is sitting in my garage already.

Oh and the speed sensor. Anybody have to mess with this yet ? I have to assume the ratio from the apex gearbox and the Polaris gearbox are different. There’s no way I’d be that lucky
