Tracker 800sx front differential mount

Recommended Posts

Hi, all! I am new here. I have owned a Tracker 800sx crew for a little over a year now. I am having an issue with the front, top differential mount. In 4x4, when I give it gas, the power output makes the differential hit a part of the frame do to what I believe is a broken mount. I have used the search function but could not find anything so I created this post. Attached are pictures showing the broken mount.

I do not understand how the mount works and service manual did not go into great detail. Am I missing a rubber bushing? Could I weld the piece with a hole in it to the mount itself or should I see about getting a new mount? Could someone post pics of theirs?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance!

Three times now our Tracker SXS EViS has been driven off with it plugged up charging. This last time ripped the charger off the wall and now it won't charge. Is there a way to test my charger to see if it's what's not working? I think the wires inside the sxs may have been pulled loose too so it might be the sxs that's not charging rather than the charger not working.
And is there a charging alternative to ordering a $500+ new charger?

My "R" light on the dash will not go out when I take the UTV out of reverse and put it into any other gear. Is this just the light switch issue or will this effect engine performance in the other gears?

Hey guys! Newbie here. I'm an old man who's better with plowing a mule (4-legged kind) than these newfangled beasts. I, and a friend of mine, just bought new Coleman sxs and are having to finish the assembly. I've been reading on this site and I'm falling on the mercy of you experts. The only way I'm an expert is that an "ex" is a has been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure. LOL First off, the 2 buggies have no ignition switches. They seem to mount on the dash, not the opening in the steering wheel shaft cover, so we ordered new ones that are supposed to fit. They are 8 inches long, and have a 4-wired white plugin which is slightly rectangled when looking at the end of the plug. The trouble is there's nothing to plug into. There is a three-wire grey plug close enough to reach the four-wire plug, but of course, they are not compatible.
Secondly, the blinker, light, ect. unit on steering wheel just spins around when touched. I see no way in heaven or earth to secure it. I've looked at a diagram on the Powersports site, but can't detect how it mounted. Fellows I'd be so grateful for any help with this. Me and my mule will even plow your garden for free, for your help. LOL

Hy (pronounce he), just bought a Hisun Sector E1.
I'll be using it to haul logs and stuff in the Sangre de Cristo mountains.

Less than 40 miles can barely start. Dealer is working with Hisun on a number of other issues on this UTV. Can not get clear info on the meaning of these E codes this is getting. Anybody have some clear info for me?
