  5. Im sorry i assumed u had a trooper i guess... check out Highlifter.com. they custom build kits for atv's ans side by sides. They will prolly suggest an efi pump for the nos kit but they will run 2 fogger nozles and know the correct jet sizes
  6. And haha rocmoc i got that one and like it!
  7. I will take more pics when it gets installed. Should be tonight!
  8. We just made this in our shop.. the idea is shortwe runner length equal more HP. Plus for those of you who like mud and water it moves the t-body, IAC, Map, and TPS up out of direct line of mud and water! thoughts?
  9. honestly in my opinion the easiest way is to pull the motor but not completeley just pick it up high enough to work on the clutch... bell housing bolts engine mount bolts ( only to the frame not the block!!) start lifting it up and disconect only what needs to be... i have mine out 3 times now and can now r&r the clutch in about and hour and a half...
  10. i know the rear end in my trooper was very "bouncy" i picked up a pair of Rancho RS5000's from the parts house and YES it helped a great bit! improved the ride like crazy!
  11. As long as you put enough fuel to it you will be ok... a universal efi kit from NOS will work perfect
  12. rocmoc call me, we are short one rotor and i will buy a lot of the stuff from you
  13. Would it help if i gave you guys this shops info and you could just order replacements from him? Its a very small shop and i hace known the owner since my childhood... but super good people!
  14. I recently had my starter go out. Itook it to a local starter and alternator shop, and they replaced it with a starter and solenoid out of a mitsubishi, i have not found out which model yet but it only cost me around 80$. Then last week the alt locked up... took it to the same place and although he could not fix mine, on the shelf he had a mitsu alt that was the same down. the the 3 wire plug! Once again he didnt know what model or year it came off of but there is a pattern starting to emergnd once again less then 100$... as soon as i have it in my hands i am gonna try to find numbers and research it but moral of this whole thing is look around there is a lot of these shops around and you can prolly have it fixed locally for a whole lot cheaper! Good luck and i will post new info as it comes!
  15. Thanks again rocmoc they are at their new home being torn down as we speek! We have already ordered mega squirts. Turbos tires lights hyd steering kits and and the heads are being sent tomorrow for full port work and custom ground cams! They should be pretty insane within a few weeks! We will be posting pics soon! Thanks again! Josh
  16. No fly wheel work going to pull it back out mon
  17. so turbo kit is done and now im blowing through the clutch in first gear! and yes a put the kevlar clutch in it... what else can i do?
  18. its close to the same as that one beside using what i would call a better turbo and components... mine would be one off built for your specs.. but honestly they do have a nice kit.. feel free to call me and i can go over everything with you as well as send you pics. i am not trying to get rich over this, i just really like the Joyner and love disproving their bad wrap! mine is a serious head turner and i would like to see more like it! i would put mine against any Ranger RZR and leav'em behind!
  19. i just tried to find a kit for 1700 and the lowest i could find was $2995 from tobefast... i would like to see the kit for 1700.. as for the $2995 kit mine blows it away! if someone could direct me how to post pics i would
  20. well the project took a lot of fabrication but done once now it would be pretty easy to duplicate.. if someone can tell me how to post pics on here i will.. it looks really good and turns a lot of heads, especially when they hear the blow off valve! have a few people here in Houston i am already building them for so i figured i would keep going... and rocmoc i would agree! it would help a lot in the mud too! maybe that will be my next project....
  21. Hey guys, so i have built my own turbo kit in house and it works awesome! seeing these turbo kits for sale for 3 and 4k seemed a little steep for me.. i built my entire kit intercooled and all for less then half of that price so i am considering selling these kits.. if i could produce a complete bolt on kit that could be installed with simple hand tools in your garage strait for $1800 and intercooled for $2500 would any of you be inerested? i would like to post pics but not sure how to? i have also snorkled my trooper and not just the air filter but diff vents, the two chrome catch cans (crankcase vent and radiator vent) along with raising the ECM and fuse boxes to head level.. this as well could be sold as a kitfor very little cost. i can also do the work in-house if needed (install all of this for you) for only a couple of hundred... is this stuff you guys would be interested in? Turbo kits will be complete al the way down to an Autometer Vac/Boost guage, fuel controller etc.... i have seen a HUGE increse in power! if you have more questions you can call me at 713-824-8891 i'm in the Houston Texas area. Also Lenny would you mind calling me so i could pic your brain for a min? some questions about this site (how to post pics, stetting up my profile etc.) as well as a few other things. Thanks i love this forum and really look foward to helping in the future! and really like seeing extreme joyners on the trail!
  22. i am running 30" Silverbacks on 14" wheels i had to put 2" wheel spacers up front... now the wheel base width is exactly the same. i love 'em! no fender well trimming. you can also adjust out the rear himze joints to offset the a-arm foward a little bit
