  1. Amazon sells a "magnum rev limiter programmer " for the trooper.. it's supposed to advance timing too..does know anything about it ..?? Does it work..?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I was wondering if anybody has done anything to change there rev limiter.. mine is 6,000 rpms now.. I'd like to get it set at aleast 7,000 rpms to maybe 8,000 rpms..to help my turbo get spooled up alittle more.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes.. i also turned the fuel pressure down to about 50-52 psi.. it wasn't running rich.. air/fuel gauge is running at about 14-14.5 warm..I took it riding the other day for about 6-8 hours and i had to wait for it to start a few times that morning but after that it hasn't don't it anymore.. I don't know for sure but I think it's was because i had it very very rich before and now I got it running pretty go now.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Where's everyone get there wheel bearings and ball joints for there trooper..??? I need aleast one rear wheel bearing at the moment .. the others aren't that bad yet..I need all 4 new ball joints for the front..
  5. Does you fuel regular have a vacuum line..??? Does it need to be hooked up..?? Mine isn't hooked up..
  6. I took it down to 30 and it doesn't doesn't wanna run that low and still having to delayed start problem...my ejk fuel controller instructions says to run it at 53-55 psi...
  7. So your fuel pressure is 45 or 25 psi... it is the fuel pressure...I watch my gauge.. when I shut it I watch it bleed back.. when it gets to just below 40 psi it will start
  8. Yes just don't fire.. wait a few minutes and it will start right up and run fine until u shut it off again .. I'm gonna try putting new plugs in it tomarrow

My trooper intermitts when it wants to start.. it will always start cold..but if you shut it off it might start again and it may not.. it won't fire..but it you wait 5-10 mins it will start up just fine again until you shut it off..   10. I tryed everything and I still couldn't get any pressure... so here's what I did.. I bought break lines for a chevy truck.. there are a 10 mm banjo fitting just like the Joyner but on other end they are a 3/16 standered break line.. i also bought a 25ft roll of 3/16 break like and made my own lines and bought a master cylinder for a very dune buggy..I have great break now...!!!

  12. Has anyone replaced there brakes with something different..??? I only have 2 calipers working.. I bought two new master cylinders and still the same problem..   13. Witch wires do I tap onto with the diode on the map sensor on my Joyner trooper... there's a red with black strip,blue with yellow strip,and a yellow wire and a black with a white strip..
  14. According to the ejk instructions for the Joyner trooper it says to unhook the o2 sensors or use a o2 simulator.. witch way would be better with a turbo..?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I have a weird breaking problem with my Joyner trooper.. I'm only getting fluid to 3 calipers. I've bled them a few times and still can only get fluid to only calipers.. also sometimes those 3 will intermittent and I won't any breaks at all.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. i haven't really looked down a the rpm gauge to see..it was so low on power that I was more worried about try to milk it up a small hill on the rev limiter in 1st gear..I know it's not much... 4000-5000 max probably..I wish I could up it to about to aleast 6000-7000..

No it works great..just had to make a linkage for the power steering unit to the stock rack and pinion.. the wiring kit from eBay even can with a knob that I mounted on the dash to adjust how much electric assistants you want.... there is some utube videos about it to.. people have put it on hot rods and tractors.. you can put it on anything really.. you just have to adapt it to whatever you put it on..
  18. I made my own electric power steering for my Joyner trooper..I bought a steering column out of a 02 satern vue for $80 at a junk yard..then bought a wiring kit off of eBay for another $80. And made the steering arm...the wiring kit even came with a adjustable nob..
  19. All of you that have the ejk fuel controller with your turbo.. what's the best settings with a turbo..?? I'm gonna be ordering one soon..
  20. The 5 speeds have gear reduction.. very low geared.. granny 1st.. like maybe 10-12 mph in 1st.. I like how it's geared.. for around here.. I trail ride and do a lot of hill climbing.!!!! motor was just way under powered..
  21. What year is your Joyner trooper..?? Mines a 09.. before with the low compression i was lucky to see 40mph to 45mph if I was lucky.. with the 5 speed.. don't know yet about the turbo..?? Did u put the cvt in yours..??
