Sorry so slow getting back to your reply. The A-arms have a bolt/nut that holds the arm to the frame, no bushings at all unless I am missing something here. Thanks

Thanks guys, yep simple heat wrap will work for me. Wanting to ride this weekend

Hi sorry late, I work night shift out of town. Got it figured out, simple just unbolted the gas shocks bolt assembly (not struts). Thanks

Found a leak/ hole size of a pencil eraser under exhaust just before where it connects to motor. Can it be repaired with JB weld or something covered with pipe clamp. Trying to not have to disassemble the whole system for a weld. Suggestions welcomed. Thanks

Racer310 started following Massimo 500 A arm noise , Exhaust Leak , Dump bed removal and 1 other
-
I have an exhaust leak and need to remove the dump bed. There are 2 pins, thats easy but my issue are the 2 struts. They don't have the clip to help snap them on so I was wondering if a large screwdriver and some force help take them off? I add some force to try to take off the struts but got nervous that I was going to break or bend them. Thanks

My UTV states to used premium gas but why? Can you use regular 87 gas? Premium gas at $3.50 compair to regulate gas $2.45. Thanks

This is the spring that I found on the belly pan under motor as I was clean up my oil mess. I am hoping this is correct as I put it back into oil pan??? Anybody know if this is correct before I put oil in it this weekend. Thanks
-
Problem with that is it is a pain in the butt to do it all the time. I believe 3 bolts per A arm and jacking it up some to help relief pressure. Something doesn't add up here. Thanks

Bought this UTV and the owner told me the A arms are making a noisy sound but he just took the bolt out re-greased it and tighten it down, band aid fit I think. I am wondering if grease fitting are suppose to be there. I guess I could drive to Tractor Supple and look at the new models. Thanks

Well got the filter/housing out of buggy (had to loosen the entire shifter/brake assembly). Dude I bought buggy from lied to me...it was so nasty I was surprised it would even start. Even 5 year old grandson didn't want to touch it. Dropped oil pan bolt to change oil and it to was nasty, let it drain for awhile while I played with grandson. Can back and has some overspill on driveway. Cleaning the belly pan under motor and a spring with small filter from that belly pan from on ground as I was cleaning. I assumed it came from on top of drain plug. Spring fit in plug with a small screen type filter towards pan and I screwed it in, HOPE that is the way it goes. Had to go out of town to work so I stopped there. Headed this week to Tractor Supply for air/oil filters in my work town. I guess I should check gear case oil as I am being surprised on taking someone else's word for maintenance. None If I can figure out the noise from A arm front and back, another weekend.

1-Got some clicking type noise as if metal to metal and sounds like it is coming from both front and rear A arms. They don't have anything their to grease except maybe take the bolt out and slide back in it? 2-Also manual doesn't give a brand name for the oil filter or a cross reference to buy one at auto parts store. 3-Air filter---where is it? manual I goggled has it in 2 different locations but NO air filter to be found. Maybe it doesn't have one. 4-Love the buggy so far, got LED lights, stereo system, seat covers.......yep and got stuck mugging first time out but had a blast. Thanks
