  1. Read all the posts here. You will then know what is going on. Sounds like the dealer did not have one for sale, or had 2019's to sell. Anyway, try another dealer, and call Kawasaki Customer Service for information. Kawasaki News is even showing 2021's are becoming available now. What ever you have to do...just do it...Sure do like my Mule Pro DXT !... Have a great dealer here !...
  2. Go ahead and call Kawasaki Customer Service...They were always courteous and helpful with information available when I called them...Weekly.... Your deposit qualifies you as a buyer....Good Luck !...
  3. I strongly suggest you call Kawasaki Customer Service for some answers. Did you put a deposit down, or pay, for the Mule ? If you didn't , you may have a longer wait than expected. Other customers that have paid will get their machines before those who have not. The latest Kawasaki News advertises the 2021's are out now. The Kawasaki Mule is worth waiting for. I have mine all decked out now...Great Mule !...Good Luck to you !...Your Great Adventure Is Waiting for You !...
  4. If you don't raise Hell about this with Kawasaki Customer Service every week, best find a reputable dealer. When I called Kawasaki Customer Service, there was only one man that could give you straight answers . Seemed like the gals were too lazy, or didn't know how to research the problem. I think his name was "Nate"...Good Luck !...
  5. The big questions is...did you pay for the Mule, or put a deposit down for it ? When I called Kawasaki Customer Service(weekly) the man I talked to checked the database for the dealer, to see if the dealer had ordered the parts, and where I was on the dealer's list. If the dealer has not ordered the parts, then you are not on a waiting list with Kawasaki. Kawasaki was shipping parts on a first come first served basis...for new purchases and recalls. There was a parts supply problem getting parts from China, but arrangements were being made to get them from domestic sources. Make sure your dealer has ordered parts for your Mule, and then follow up with Kawasaki Customer Service. Good Luck ! Be Pro Active ! Raise Hell if you have to !
  6. Diesel has more power, better fuel economy, though it is noisier than a gasser, I am used to diesel engines. Don't have to worry about Gasohol problems with gasser engines and fuel systems. The Kawasaki brochure has a lot of comparison specs. Search Google for info.

  8. Tough Country front and rear bumpers. Seizmik fold down windshield, and side mirrors. Winch, Receiver hitch extension. Love my Diesel.
  9. If you put a deposit down for the mule, or paid for it, call Kawasaki's hot line, and ask them where you stand in line to get parts. They can give you a lot of straight information. I called every week until I got mine. They looked at my dealer's requests, and I just happened to be on the top of the list for my dealer. Parts available are being shipped to dealers on a first come first served basis. So, I have had my Mule Pro DXT for a couple of weeks now. Love my Mule Pro DXT !
  10. Picked up my 2019 Mule Pro DXT EPS from my dealer this afternoon. Got it home, and drove it all over the place. I love my Diesel Mule ! Worth the wait !
