Hi. In a matter of only two month's I had two broken cages in the CV axle. First the one from the rear left axle, right now is the one on the rear right axle that is making noise, possibly cracked and will be breaking completly soon. I can only find online complete axles from hisun. My question is: Does this happen often to any of you? Is there any way of getting only the CV joint instead of the complete axle? Thank you! Picture of the cage in attachments.

At what rev do you get those speeds? My HS500utv from 2010 tops 75kph (gps) and the engine starts to cut at 5600rpm. Is there any way to remove the rev limit?

Thank you all for the help. Ended up using an hydraulic bonded seal, and for now it seems to be working.

Yes, and it´s a 2010 model can't see any sensors on the seatbelts. Thanx.

Good afternoon. I have a 2010 Hisun HS500utv with carburetor The vehicle seems limited, I can't get revs above 5500rpm. Will it be necessary to reprogram the cdi? What's the maximum speed (real/speedometer) that you managed to reach with your vehicle? At what revs? Thanks, João Ferreira.

Good afternoon. I have a 2010 hisun HS500utv. The vehicle had an oil leak in the rear drive shaft in the connection to the engine. After disassembly the problem was not the retainer but a small star-shaped seal that was tightned with a nut between the washer and the flange. I don't know if the seal is part of the washer (if it's glued) because I can't find the reference for this seal in any catalogue. If anyone can help me I'll be forever grateful. Attached photos.
