Yeah, I get it, Joe.  It just annoys the hell out of me!  I also agree with you that the government, that we employ,  is worthless!

I received one yesterday also.  I did not open it sent it to my spam folder and sent a notification of the spam.  This was a little disappointing to receive this on this forum.

I bought a 2" adapter tube from Amazon and now I just slide my Reese hitch into the adapter.

Thanks for the info, Robert.   Found a great video on YouTube from Mountain Buck where he showed a wrench that he used to get that stubborn filter off.   I just bought one from Amazon but haven't used it yet.  It's a Lisle 6300 Filter Wrench.  Also, bought this filter on Amazon:  Chikia Massimo Oil Filter for Hisun ATV UTV 250,400,450,500,550,700,750,ODES 500,650,MSU,Bennche,Cub Cadet,Yardsport,AXIS $9.99.  This filter got 87% five star reviews. 

I have been pulling my hair out trying to find the right wrench, pliers type or cap wrench to remove the oil filter from my Hisun 500.  Lowe's is absolutely no help (yeah, it's an Axis 500 sold by Lowe's).  Any help would be most appreciated since the hair is almost gone at this point.
