Hi there, We are a company based in Taiwan and we are developing electric conversion kit for UTVs. We aim to build a complete kit for Polaris Ranger 1000 or 570 with low cost and easy installation. Just would like to hear you opinion about that. Should we go for 570 first or 1000? are the powertrain similar between both? We learned that Ranger 1000 is the most popular UTV sold in the USA with most market penetration. Or you have any other opinion please let me know. As far as we know there are some cheap conversion kits sold on Amazon but it requires lot of modification on the vehicle. Thank you very much.

All, Have been looking into going the electric route. Currently have Deere and Kawasaki UTV's we use at our duck club. We've been thinking about going electric due to noticeable disturbance to the birds caused by engine noise. Anyway, it seems that the forums are somewhat devoid of Intimidator discussions regarding the good, bad and the ugly. Wanted to put this out there. I have also looked into the Polaris EV and have located one here in Missouri. Just an open question. I'd love to hear about anyone's experience with the electric Intimidator or the Polaris for that matter.
