UT400 Engine Cover

Recently purchased a Coleman UT400 from TSC and have noticed excessive engine noise, and heat coming into the seating area and bed.  Thinking about building an engine cover with heat-resistant sound deadening; wondering if anyone has tried and been successful?

Here is my post about adding heat shielding/sound deadening under the bed.

Note if you want to build a box the engine does need air flow in a couple spots so it would be hard to seal.

Got it built.  

Nice reduction in sound and big drop in heat radiating into the bed. Had to cut a few holes to make it fit, but overall satisfied with results.  Would really be nice if it came from the factory this way

Looks good. Can you provide any details on construction? Materials, dimensions, tips, etc for people who might want to do similar.
