I just put a 3 Star soft door and rear window kit on my Coleman 400. I got the zippered rear window and door window options. Top quality and fit perfectly. I added heat, so I had to do a lot of sealing up the air leaks to get it where I wanted it. There is a top option which would have probably sealed the gaps up but I didn't get that. Expect about 4 hours to get it installed and fitted correctly if working alone.

Thanks...👍

The 3 Star video needs to be redone work a working mic. It is terrible to watch.

I know they'll roll back, but for summer use, will they come off easily?

Since mine will be my driveway plow vehicle, an enclosure might be worth while.

I just bought and installed the KFI plow power angle kit and that looks like it will be a big improvement over getting out to swing the blade.

Thanks again, Dan

I have the same enclosure, while you wait for shipping, take some time to get some round foam pipe insulation in various sizes and seal the openings around the rollbar and roof gap front and rear. When traveling at speed, those gaps are just cold air ducts.

I was going to do just that, but I thought peel and stick foam tape in the thick size would work. I'm going to take the roof off for installation. The front windshield to roof gap is huge.

Thanks for the advice!

How do you like your enclosure?  Good fit?

Happy New Year everyone!

I really like the enclosure, it is very well made out of top quality materials. You do-need to take off the roof and windshield for installation as well as having a warm place to work because the velcro needs a warm surface to bond. I tried a few ways to fill those big gaps above the windshield, and ended up using round foam pipe insulation  for 1-1/2” pipe which is about 3” od and stuffed it with smaller insulation to get it large enough to wedge securely in place. The front edge of the roof acted like a wing and the air would try to push the foam out at speed. I noticed on my roof, the center of the front was pushed down and not flat looking across the roof line. The foam is tight enough to flatten the roof back out and stays put. I also addressed all the smaller air leaks around the mirrors and at the shifter and parking brake levers, maybe overkill, but I can stay warm running at  full speed now. I changed out the original spark plug for the iridium plug and the motor runs smoother too. Waiting for ice so I can get this thing out on the lake.

      Hey everyone,
I’m in the market for a UTV windshield that can withstand extreme conditions, including high winds, dust, and off-road impacts.
I’ve seen a lot of options out there, but I’m unsure which one will provide the best protection and durability.
Does anyone have experience with windshields that excel in these environments? Are there specific brands or materials you recommend?
I’m particularly interested in options that offer both durability and clarity.
Any tips or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I have been doing a little research on which engine oil is best for UTV engines.  There seems to be some disagreement over using a good quality regular engine oil, and the necessity of using "M2" (or wet clutch suitable) oil.  My understanding is the "wet clutch" suitable oil has less friction reduction properties (hence a more responsive clutch with less slippage).  While less friction reduction properties would seem to be better for the wet clutch... it would not be best for the internal engine parts like camshaft bearings and other moving parts where friction is detrimental and would lead to premature failure.  Some folks swear you need M2 oil, while others say they have been using regular motor oil for years and their clutch is just fine.  Could they both be right ???
      Any thoughts ?

Has anyone installed the power dump on a Kioti K9? If so, does it eliminate the safety lock? Does it work well?
      Thanks for your input

Neighbor rode their Coleman with the park brake apparently not fully released. Needless to say, things got pretty hot and even started smoking and the smoke was definitely gear oil smell. Looks like oil is coming from the area just behind the disc for the park break. Looking at parts diagram, there is an oring behind the nut/washer that attaches the flange to pinion shaft. I'm not finding anything on YT that would help with disassembly. Anyone have some experience with removing rear driveshaft ?
