I have a 2021 Massimo T-Boss 410 and it needs the cv boots replaced.  Has anyone had to replace the boots on their T-Boss?  Does anyone know where to get replacement boots?  Are there boots for other ATV/UTVs that will fit?  The Massimo parts site only sells the entire axles.  Thanks

I have bought what few parts I have needed for my 2016 MSU 800  usually on AMAZON, EBay and here and there.  I would lik to say I have had very little need for parts in the 7 yrs I’ve owned it. Mostly items I consider wear items, I.E brake pads, axel bearings things like that. I did need an ECU onetime, very easy to find. I threw a quick search on google for Massamo cv boots and sure enough several jumped out at me on Amazon and eBay.among other places.hope this helps.   Oh, Benche probably fit also but a dealership will never admit it.

Oh, don’t be surprised if you get a s.storm here about Massimo but mine has been great.

Try and find a dealer/online that carries MOOSE aftermarket parts.  The boots are not a problem to obtain.......putting the suckers on is the real problem.  Tearing down the CV joint and clean up the debris, rocks, sticks, mud, etc is a messy job.  There are also times where the axle shaft will NOT pop out of the hog head and have to be punched out from the opposite side.

All said, IF the joint is clean and good grease, there is a NIFTY TOOL made by MOOSE called quick shot??? to expand the small shaft end of the boot and push to over the CV knuckle.  It is air powered with about 6 fingers that go inside the boot small end, expand to fit over the 3" or so knuckle and then you release the air pressure and the fingers collapse back to about 1" dia to remove.  SLICK because you don't have to break down the axle shaft or try to remove the axle and loose the retaining wire C clip inside the diff.  The tool was about $250 a few years back but worth every penny when doing a passel of boot repairs.

All Balls CV Boot Kit......sold by MOTOSPORTS on line.  Need model and year for the correct boot kit.  I don't know if the 6 finger spreader tool is still available.  Seen some cone type spreaders also (manual).  You also need a banding tool to tighten the 2 ribbon band on both ends of the boot.

Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check

Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

I have an 850. It’s been overheating. The electric fan is not kicking on. I see the temperature switch going into the radiator, but there’s no wire plugging in to it or none to be found in the area. i’m thinking I might’ve hooked on a branch and it ripped out the harness on that part. Does anybody have a picture or no where that plugs into on the harness? On the top of the firewall, I did notice some plugs that have nothing plugged into it. I was wondering if it’s a harness that goes from there down to the radiator that was pulled off

I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!
