outer tie rod ends?

Hello,

I noticed my outer tie rod ends on trooper have zerk grease fitting so i decided to try grease these and the zerk snapped off. The tie rods are already shot and sloppy loose. I'm wondering if anyone have found an alternative to Joyner's weak tie rod ends. Did someone find set from a car to fit?

I tried searching the forum for answers before i posted this.
