Hey joyner people!!!

Been doing some wrk on the t2 rear diff front diff and I have ordered fox air shocks I know some of you may think dumb move but I'm not out in the open and in the desert like you guys are so that means more slower speeds for me :( I ordered the from offroad warehouse 2.0 8.5" travel in rear full extension little over 24" limit strap 22.5 cause it's gonna stretch fronts went with 2.0 5.5" travel extension is 18.53 limit strap 18" had all shocks set at 300 nitro charge to start. First revalve is free shipping free should see them in a week or so I did get the tool from fox to set pressures properly very accurate!!! I will post more info once I have them installed and tried them!!!!!!

Good for you Charlie. It will be interesting to see how they work out. You will be the first to go to air. Should be a real supple ride.

I will keep everyone up to date on how it goes as far as install and ride!! Lenny can't wait to get the t2 back together wiked excited about the new wheel travel!!!! I forgot to mention I got offroad warehouse to extend my testing time from 30-60 days for the first revalve told them I was rebuilding doffs and it would be a bit before it was on the trails again they said no problem! The 8.5 are fox-980-02-017 those are the rears fronts are fox-980-02-015. I forgot to mention I also talked to fox and they told me these shocks with this set up will take 2000lbs of unsprung weight meaning not including wheels tires axles trailing arms a- arms that is how they explained it to me and I guess in California lots of guys are switching to the air shocks in there utv and side by sides! I was also warned that repeated long periods of high speeds over time could over heat the shock but as I said earlier lots of my riding is 20mph and under due to trail size and the people I ride with. Hope this helps

      Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

      right front axle cv joint boot keeps getting torn up from the inside out....the stock one was damaged from a stick...i have replaced  the axle 4 times with aftermarket axles that fit fine..after 4-5 miles of riding even on grass.the outer boot get torn up from the inside out...all 4 brand new alxes...bearings are fine nothing bent everything fits just fine....nothing seems to be binding.....any thoughts?????

      Polaris RZR 800 Rear Differential Pinion Nut Issue

      All mid 2008 through 2014 Polaris RZR 800 series have a big problem with the rear differential pinion nut backing off, allowing the pinion gear to shoot into the rear differential, destroying the rear differential. This has happened with machines with as little as less than 100 miles on them! Reports indicate that there are no problems, nor warnings, until the rear differential grenades, locking the rear axles solid! This requires the machine to be lifted onto a trailer, to be transported for rear differential replacement, as it destroys the case. After failure, rear differential replacement can be quite expensive: labor alone can run from $800-$1200 and a new OEM Spicer rear diff, if you can find one, can run from $1700-$2500! So, if you own any Polaris RZR 800 series between the years of 2008-2014, I recommend that you do this repair before further use of your machine. personally, I have grounded my machine until it can be done. Please check the online post for your own awareness.

      I will sell the Chassis or Frame alone for $200. The chassis is in pretty good shape, needs some cage repair and 2 areas straightened where control arms mount. If anyone had an automotive frame machine it would take a few hours.

      I am parting this out of ebay right now, I just picked up another project and could use the room. No I will not take less than $700 for all of it or $200 for the frame. I do not need to sell it, I will make far more parting it out but would like the extra space in the garage.
      If interested I also have an 07 1000rr engine setup I would sell with the buggy for $650.
