All a few weeks ago I inquired about a tranny for a 2008 Joyner t4

Well I have the tranny disassembled and this is what I need. Do any of you have these items. I took the reference number from the manual. Everything thing else is perfect still

I will be looking high and low so I don't have to buy a new tranny.

Ref #. Part#. Description. Qty

1. QR512---1701101. Clutch case 1

2. 4T08A1---1701111. Transmission Case. 1

29. QR512---1701710. Reverse. Gear. 1

46. TR1100.03.03.02.00. Rear inboard slip drive. 1

Kinarfi,

On the how not exactly sure. When it actually snapped I was flying down a graded gravel road. I do have the 2008 version with the U Joint, will go to the CV.

Over the last years, I have used the trooper as a chase car here in Mexico where I live. It has seen the toughest environment possible. I'm continually pushing it to the limits through deep woops, deep sand and silt, salt water washes. It has been a trooper no pun intended. I'm sure the miles of bottoming out on rocks hasn't helped either.

Nocturnal:

Not like a police car. Desert racing, so we use it for pre-running, and during the race I carry parts, tools etc to help if the team breaks down.

Your point sounded cool though.

Still fun, i was thinking border patrol lol....

Also while i was thinking about what u said about Honda engine...i was considering the gm 3100/3400 or 3800 60° v6 with 4t60e transmission in trooper because in usa/Mexico those are very plentiful.

Then we would have to get the Ford 7.5" diff from goindeep or build or own diffs or go with a full solid Dana 30 35 44 whatever or for front axle...use a Chevy front 7.5/8.5 diff out of a s10 or full size and the rear diff out a t bird with 8.8 ring or something..that would be overkill i imagine lol

EDITED: Dethobica, was you planning on going with a manual or automatic transaxle?

4T60e is front wheel drive overdrive transmission used in gm fwd cars, vans etc from 90's up to recently, same thing for the engine mentioned

      Hello everyone!
First of all I would like to thank you for the help with my timing problem, it was the chain. Now I’m looking for the part number for the wet clutch baring.  I’ve been looking for it but my side by side is a 2022 t-boss 550 and it’s not the same as a 2021. Can anyone help me please?
      thank you in advance again.

I have a 2004 KUBOTA RTV 900 DIESEL and I need to replace both front cv axels.I have been online looking at them and there seems to be a lot of different manufactures to choose from. My question is who makes a good aftermarket set of cv axels for this KUBOTA. I have read horror stories of people buying the  cheap Chinese brand only to find out they don't fit or they don't last very long and fail again. I hate to have to spend over $200 a shaft to get OEM from KUBOTA when I'm sure there is a company out there who probably makes it for them or makes comparable to OEM. Thanks for your help.

Does the transmission share the crank case oil with the engine or does it have its own oil seperate from the engine?

      Hi All,
New to UTVs and recently accuired a ut400 from our local Alaska Commercial Co. and had a questions regarding the transmission fluid. I have had a squeeling noise, sounds like a teapot, that recently started after being driven for a few minutes. The manual says to change the fluid at 500 miles, so I was thinking maybe its just time for this to be changed. Other then that I cannot find any information regarding the type used. While reading through these forums, I seen someone put that the transmission is lubricated with the engine oil. Is this true? If not what should I be using and where can I find the information to change it out? Any input on this would be greatly appretiated!
      Thanks in advance
