Thought I had a bad clutch master because I was having shifting problems into pretty much all gears. Would make adjustments to the rods at both the clutch master and at the slave and it seemed to fix the issues but then it just came right back. I thought maybe the master was bypassing so I got a new clutch master and bled the system completely and still was having issues. Did a number of adjustments at both the master and slave and even moved the bracket that engages the clutch and moved it a tooth to get more out of it. Good news is that it is smooth shifting now in all gears except downshifting into 3rd it seems to catch and will grind a little. Before the adjustments I was having problems even getting it to shift back into 3rd gear and sometimes 2nd on a downshift. Now the only problem seems to be downshifting into 3rd unless I am at a very slow speed which it is then smooth. Do I now just have a syncro problem and need to open up the transmission. If so has anyone replaced any of the transmission parts? I think you have Kinarfi but not totally sure. I seem to remember a post but couldn't find it on a search. Plus not sure if it is a problem inside the trans or just need to keep fine tuning the adjustments. Appreciate any feedback.

Hey Bruhaw, The first thing I would do is to reinforce the bracket that holds the slave cylinder. It's real wimpy and flexes a lot when you push the clutch in. This uses up a lot of valuable actuation movement. On mine, I ran a threaded rod from the bracket to the firewall. That allowed me to adjust it to where I wanted it to stay. You probably don't have a sync problem.

Lenny and Big Dan. Thanks for the replies. I have the slave reinforced and did that way back. It is solid and is not flexing. Not sure what is going on with the bit of grinding. I hope it is not the syncros. Can't seem to figure it out.

I have a Bobcat 2200 Diesel (built by Club Car) with a 2-weight Team Primary Clutch I want to rebuild, possibly replace. The clutch has an annoying rattling sound at idle and appears the rollers and weights are worn and loose. When I opened it up, everything looks clean and in great shape. It's just that all the moving rollers and weights seem to have way too much play in them, possibly causing the noise. I've searched for clearance and torque specifications with no luck at all. The UTV has less than 500 hours on it.  Any ideas?

The Axis 500 will not shift into low or reverse.  I have high when it should be in low and all the other places it is reverse.  The gears in the shift cover are fine and I shifted it when the cover was off and yet no change (so it can't be the shifting mechanism gears).  I t has been difficult to get it into low for awhile.  But now it is either high or reverse, no neutral either.

I have purchased a used Supermach700 (2008), It runs great after a new choke cable but. The temp sensor on the thermostat house is unhooked and can not find where it plugs back in. The fan has been un hooked from the sensor in the rad and cant figure out how it goes back together properly.  The fan was wired to a by pass switch and i just always leave it on but would like to work it properly. I assume the sensor went bad and not changed.

      any help would be great.

      thanks

      Hi All,
New here, but bought a 2022 Sector 750 brand new last march (old stock up here in Canada)
It's a good bike so far, but I have noticed a quirk and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue?

The issue I've had is if I leave the utv parked on any incline, not even a major incline, and leave it to sit for a while (day or two) it will not start properly. It will turn over and not fire until I press the gas pedal, when it will run and rev up, but if I let off the gas it will die. It will keep doing this until I either start it in gear and drive it for a bit or leave it in neutral and roll it down the hill to flatter ground. where it will have to sit for a while.
If I park it on a decline there is no issue. fuel is not low, it's occurred a couple times now.

Any thoughts on the cause of this? Dealership just says bring it in and let them take a look, at my expense of course.

Hey Guys, I have been chasing a stalling condition for about two weeks now. The bike will crank up and idle fine, then after about 20 seconds it will fall on its face and stall. It happens at both idle and while running at various rpms. You can turn the key off, turn it back on and it will fire right back up without trouble. I have verified spark on both cylinders with a spark tester. I have also added an inline fuel filter, and pulled the injectors to verify proper pulse on each. Things I have replaced - (relearn procedure performed after each component replaced): spark plugs, ECU, relay/fuse box, fuel pump, & throttle position sensor - all with no improvement of the condition. The only warning light I get when the condition occurs is the oil lamp. The bike only has 14 miles. I am at a loss and appreciate any help and suggestions! Thanks
