Good Afternoon Fellow UTV Board Members,

We have been tinkering with the idea of seeing just how far we could take the 650cc engine bore and see what displacement we could end up with. So started with the stock 75mm bore and started to open it up from there. After careful measuring, and triple checking everything we decided to pull the trigger on a 77mm bore to see about the longevity of the engine and to see if we will be able to take it out further. It so far has survived a slightly hellish test phase where I had one of the guys take it out and run the crap out of it. He says (butt dyno) he can feel a bump in the torque and the shift points were a little different, but that could be due to the fresh rebuild. He said that the next step would be the intake and exhaust sides of the engine. So next step will be porting the head, and building a better exhaust ;)

      Hey everyone,
I’m in the market for a UTV windshield that can withstand extreme conditions, including high winds, dust, and off-road impacts.
I’ve seen a lot of options out there, but I’m unsure which one will provide the best protection and durability.
Does anyone have experience with windshields that excel in these environments? Are there specific brands or materials you recommend?
I’m particularly interested in options that offer both durability and clarity.
Any tips or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I have a 2020 800 sx with about 16 hours on it.  From day one I have heard a clunking noise from the front end going over bumps.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Also this past weekend while out riding I heard a noise that sounded like the dump bed bounced three or four different times, again has anyone experienced anything like that.  Thanks, gary

If anyone is looking for the cheapest UTV, with dump bed, winch, roof and windshield, I just noticed that lowes has the axis 500/ hisun UTV on sale for 4500 (at least in my area) They are $4500. ($9000 original). I have one - they have some issues, but nothing catastrophic. My biggest complaint is that it is under powered. Also the winch failed. They are still selling an extended warranty - which I would take, just in case. My guess is lowes wants them gone.
