I picked up a 2015 Odes Dominator 800 2 seater. 62.8 hours and 889 miles. I just picked it up 2 weeks ago.last Sunday I went riding with my son he has a 2017 RZR 1000XP and my soninlaw he has a 2018 wolverine mine has been used for what it was intended for I guess. Lol

I missing the roof, windshield, and tailgate, and taillights broken but still work..it still has the cat in the exhaust. Going to take it off and the muffler and make my own muffler for the tone i like. It runs great. Good power. Going to do some work on the suspension for a little softer ride.I gotten spoiled riding in the RZR..

I'm probably gonna ask a few questions about the Odes. I have worked on the rzr alot..

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

Dale

Welcome to the forum!

I'm not familiar with your machine, but I do know that most units these days are CPU controlled. Fuel injected, and the mix is determined by several things.

So here's a question. Does your cat have an o2 sensor? If it does, won't that create fuel delivery issues?

Going to have the ecu reflash with a modified tune. Haven't

Made my mind up yet on who's tune yet. Haven't had a chance to do anything to the machine yet.

Been putting in alot of hours in at work.

You can fool the signal from oxygen sencor with resistors to richin it up if necessary. Have done it on cars for years after gutting the cat's out.

Okay folks. I have a low power issue. Been like this for a few years. Place I work at bought 3 and all have lost most of the pulling power.  They gave them away after local shop worked on one for 3 months and it had great power for about 1 month and then crap. They replaced throttle body, fuel injector, spark plug and IAC motor. Seat belt switches have wires cut and left open so no seat belt warning light anymore. It revs to 6k rpm in neutral but when put in gear and take off in low it just doesn’t seem to want to go anymore. Running 93 octane fuel with Stabil.  Any ideas greatly appreciated. I dont have a scan tool but no codes on dash. If held to floor it pops a little and runs almost 5K rpm but if I let off pedal about an inch it smoothed out and revs up to 6k rpm.

Hello I am new here but have had this machine for about 5 years. I am having issues with it surging and sometimes sounding like a small backfire thru the intake.  When putting in low, high or reverse it will struggle then go full power then struggle. It will only do the small backfire thing while in neutral reving it many times. Once in awhile it will throw a check engine light.
      Parts replaced/checked:
I have checked the valve lashing, timing and adjusted. Parts replaced are the coils, spark plugs, injectors, fuel lines, fuel pump, IAC sensor, TPS sensor, throttle cable, speed sensor, primary and secondary clutch and belt.

Have a Hisun 800 it runs for about 35 minutes then stalls. Crank's over but has no spark. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes and it starts and runs again for about 35 minutes. Changed the CDI / ECU controller and still does it.

      I have a 2018 Massimo Buck 400 with 278 miles.
Having issues with my brakes. Took the buggy hunting and when I let my foot off the gas pedal it pulls without pressing on the brake. I looked and the pads on all 4 wheels are all toast. The E-Brake hasn’t been on since I have had it. I am guessing it may be a master cylinder issue because all 4 pads are gone. They all seem to have worn evenly that’s why I think the master cylinder. Just got the machine used from a older couple and they said it sat for some time in there pole barn. Possibly the brake lines? Calipers? I took one brake apart and when I depressed the caliper it didn’t stay. Any help is muck appreciated.
