I'm not trying to trample flatbeds post about the front ball joints being able to pull out. I just couldn't find his post to reply there. Sorry flatbed. Flatbed found that the bolts holding the ball joints in place weren't close enough to the ball joint stem to fit into it's groove, thus the ball joint could work it's way out. This happened to flatbed and Kinarfi. It could be very dangerous if this happened at the wrong time. I finally got around to checking mine today. The top of the ball joint on the front left had already pulled out 1/8". The bottom one was still ok. I did as flatbed sujested and drilled them out and refitted them with new bolts. Both joints on the right side did not need any work as they were secured ok by the original bolts. To reiterate what flatbed said, be sure to address this potential failure. Just redo them and don't wait for signs of them pulling out.

Finding small trucks are no longer available for purchase in the USA (Ford Courier etc) I had been looking to import a small truck from another country, but there seems to be problems registering one of these (smog). The problem I have to overcome is a sharp turn in my drive in front of my garage. I could not do the turn in a Ford Ranger. Someone suggested a UTV. They are street legal in my state, so that works fine.
I would be driving around town, occasionally hauling appliances, and moving snow. Off-road capabilities and some rugged trips to the mountains would be a big plus.
Having very little experience with UTVs or ATVs, and never owning one myself I looked through all the specs and can find no problem. My question is what limitations would I likely run into using a UTV as a small truck? The two likely candidates (based on top speed and hauling capacity) are the Arctic Cat Prowler 700 HDX and the Polaris Ranger XP 900 LE.
James Ruesch, the owner of Ruesch Motor Company has milked DOZENS of dealers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and has somehow remained out of jail. I repeat, the creator and master mind of Ruesch Motor Sports (UTV, Side by Side, Panther Alpha Male) Ruesch Media, and many more that he (James L. Ruesch) founded is a SCAM ARTIST.
We don't take or say this lightly and completely understand the implications of this kind of statement, IF IT WAS SAID FALSELY. Be assured it is not.

That will just get you started. If your still not convinced reply here and well be happy to unload the warehouse of crap we and dozens of other dealers have had to endure.
James Ruesch has taken, scammed, stolen HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars from the new dealers that he "Trained" in Las Vegas and has either not delivered any product to them OR has given them machines that are in VERY VERY poor condition/quality.
The machines are what many people originally thought when he first came to market… They are CHEAP CHINESE CRAP. (see the last post from link above, it's from the manufacturer them selves!)
He is not building these machines from the ground up, but is using an existing Chinese UTV company and then tweaking the machines a bit to call it his own .
BUYER/DEALER BEWARE! ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND ASK FOR FINANCIALS! (You wont see um)
