Coleman outfitter 550.  Tail light shorts.   This is the 3rd LEFT tail light assembly i have purchase from EBAY.  Units FAIL and short out so the UTV will not start or run.   Shorts our F8 fuse everytime.   DO NOT BUY from Ebay and they do not replay a defective part

I would suspect a bad connection in one of the wiring connectors causing a high resistance and making your amps go up. This seems to be a pretty common problem with these machines. Although I can’t pinpoint which one it may be but I have had that kind of problem before and I finally removed the problem wire from the connector and wires it direct. If you check your connectors, you might find one or more of the blades dark or oxidized which is a tell tale sign of high resistance. Don’t get discouraged, these machines will do a pretty good job of running if you don’t mind fixing the problems they have in the wiring. It’s  just not as quality as the name brands. Hope this is helpful.

I’ve never been around Coleman Utv machines. Do they have a good reputation, durable dependability. Could you compare them to yamaha rhinos or Polaris ranger

I have 31 miles on my new T-Boss 550. In order to start I put in nentural and the emerage brake on and push down on brake paddle, then trun ket and get nothing, with key still on I shift to reverase and the back to netural and it starts.  Anyone know what is happening.
      Thanks for your help

I got the fronts adjusted.  I'm trying to raise the ride height in the rear, but my spanner wrench keeps slipping.  Is there an easier better way?  It's like there's too much pressure working against me to be able to twist the height adjusters.  How can I relieve that tension to make them easier to turn?

I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.
