CF Moto ZForce 800 Trail air filter problem

I am looking to buy a UTV and the CF Moto ZForce 800 Trail looks pretty good.  But after watching numerous You Tube videos it appears that they have a serious air filter problem. Is this a problem with the type of filter or the intake location...........or both?  I wouldn't want to get a new UTV only to get it home and have to start modifying it.

Thanks

i've got an applestone, odes/cfmoto motor that they locate below the cockpit cover between the seats.  the air filter is located down there, attached to the carburator.  terrible location.  found the air filter trashed and covered with dust/dirt.  had to clean all the airways and the maf sensor to get it to run right.  i will be relocating it up the back of the cockpit to a place centered above our heads to try and get to clear air.  not that many hours so i hope that it didn't do too much damage.  shouldn't be too difficult.

I am in need of an IAC for my throttle body. I contacted JMC and they said I had to buy the whole throttle body for $209. I left a message at Joyner USA...they haven't called back. I found a Chinese company which have them for $17, but shipping is $32. With that I still have to hope it is the correct one which arrives.
Does anyone happen to have one laying around they would sell?
I understand a workaround would be to eliminate it and use the idle screw. I believe that would cause problems with cold start ups??? Elevation changes???

Here is an absolute shocker ~ The U.S. Commerce Department to ban CF Moto. Unbelievable. Looks like they will target all Chinese and Russian made imports with Cars and Motorbikes being hit first. Side x Sides and ATVs will be in the firing line no doubt. That being said, look for all CF Moto models to be manufactured in Mexico by 2027 to bypass their new rules.     https://www.rideapart.com/news/735940/us-cfmoto-ban-commerce-rules/

Twice my hisun has been driven a few miles and turned off back at home. Get back on it same afternoon and console is dead, no lights.
Have 12.7 vdc at battery and fuses are good. I hear relays click in the fuse box and main relay clicks but everything is dead.
Any ideas on what this may be? I've seen this problem before on this forum but it never finished.
Any help is always appreciated. Thanks in advance!
