2008 Rhino Pre-Runner Style Front Bumper

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for some feedback on a new front bumper I built. Good or bad. It is built from 1 3/4" .095 and 1 1/2" .095 wall steel mounted to a new style front gusset plate.

Thanks.

I just went once to do some mudding and loved it.
Looking around and the only utv for 4 i could find in my price range was a joyner.
None of the people that were there had joyners. And when i asked why all they could say is that bc its chinese and not good.
Well none of them have ever owned one so how could they tell its junk?
So can anyone tell me if its worth buying a joyner or save more and buy a different utv?
      Thank you

It seems the plastic hood or cowl is no longer avaialble. Mine is all cracked up. Does anybody make an aftermarket replacement? Or has anyboy fabricated some kind of ATV rack?  Would like a solution that looks OK, protects electrics and master cylinder from the elements and removes easily for service access to that area.  Any ideas or pics of someone's solution?

I'm working on a 2005 Cub Cadet side by side and I'm trying to remove the front two axles.  I have a slide hammer puller on the inner joint and with all my strength they will not budge.   Anyone have the same issues and is there something I'm missing or a trick of some sort to pull these out?   Any suggestions please and thank you.

Found a hole in Front Diff case, its been there a while, gears look fine but bearings are all shot,
Is it more economical to just buy a complete differential or rebearing the current one
Suggestions on where to Find one
      Thanks

Tried to remove my skid plate to access the engine oil drain plug.  The plug isn't near an access hole but located between two holes.  Can't get a wrench in to remove the plug.  Short of drilling a new access hole (which I'm seriously considering), has any one been able to remove the skid plate?  Seems to be a nut on the other end of the screw and there's no way I can access that nut.  They must have bolted the skid plate on before putting the engine into the frame.  Thanks in advance.
