Hisun HS500utv (2010) - Rev limiter

Good afternoon.

I have a 2010 Hisun HS500utv with carburetor
The vehicle seems limited, I can't get revs above 5500rpm.
Will it be necessary to reprogram the cdi?

What's the  maximum speed (real/speedometer) that you managed to reach with your vehicle?  At what revs?

Are your seatbelts latched?

Yes, and it´s a 2010 model can't see any sensors on the seatbelts.
