Does anyone know if they sell a tuner for this unit to adjust AFR and timing to get a little more out of these motors without damaging them. I understand it most likely voids the warranty but still interested.

thanks, Rick

In order to tune the MT05 Delphi ECU on the 750's, you need the following:

USB to OBD2 Port adapter

6 Pin OBD to OBD2 adapter

HUD ECU Hacker Software

I haven't found anyone that tunes the single cylinder 735cc engines.  I have been tinkering with mine but it is far from stock so I HAVE to learn lol.

CP Carrillo 11:1 Forged 102mm 660 Raptor piston

Hotcams Stage 2 660 Raptor Cam

Kibblewhite Dual valve spring kit

Kibblewhite Valve Guides

Ferrea +1mm stainless intake/exhaust valves

Ported/Polished head

Ported and enlarged intake

Hisun Tactic 1000cc 54mm Throttle body

Custom Air Intake with UNI filter

larger fuel injector

Custom header and exhaust

Hunterworks 660 Rhino Machined Sheave kit

Gates C12 700 Rhino Belt

Slugged wet clutch

Weller Racing 660 Rhino billet middle drive gear support

That’s a far cry from just messin with the engine. Sounds like you have a few bucks in that motor. I bet it sounds and performs like a raped ape. Congrats. Don’t know if I’m willing to go that far but wanted a little bit of horse power and torque from stock. Thanks for the reply.

A picture of motor would be nice to show off.

This is good to know after the exhaust mod I just manufactured for my Hisun 750. Wondering if I will get some fault codes later from the mods. Will I be able to scan and clear codes with that software and cable adapters?

No one sells a tune that I'm aware of. With HUD ECU hacker you can adjust the fuel map and a few other limits.

You would basically need to play with it and adjust. Factory fuel map is set to meet emissions, prevent damage to the engine, and make it operate smoothly.

If the engine is in good shape you can likely get away with a little more fuel and a little more spark advance without any issues, but it's not a big displacement motor and there's no way to adjust the valve lift or timing so you're not likely to get more than a couple HP max, just not worth the effort without making other modifications.

Riding out today it acted like it ran out of gas,  stalled and died and would not start.   Towed back to house,  New  plug added this past month,  plenty of oil, getting plenty of gas, battery cranks good.   Trys to kick in and starts but doesnt.   Two days prior while sitting at a idle it died.  Added gas and it started did my ranch chores with it.  But just now it stalled out cranks but will not start.   Tried to find if fault codes came up on the clock like manual says but not sure I am doing that right.  Any and all help apprecated.  Thank you

looking around and cannot find and Stampede motors, the Havoc looks to directly bolt in, with exception of the larger displacment. has anyone looked into this further? seems to be a better option considering stampede engines are on backorder.

I have a Coleman Outfitter 550 purchased in January 2022 that runs and operates pretty well.  65 hours on it so far.   It is a work vehicle for my 10 hilly acres with two 1 acre woods and 5 acres of "lawn".  The rest is under a lake.
My parking brake does not seem to have any grip.  It worked when new but after a month or so, it is just almost useless.     I press the parking brake pedal hard until it stops. Still, it won't hold even on slight inclines.   I don't see the caliper move as I press the brake pedal down.  There seems to be plenty of pad left on it and the rotor is shiny as if it is rubbing a little when applied, but not enough to stop it from rolling.
      Any thoughts on possible causes?

We have a 2018 Cub Cadet Challenger 400 and I found this Internally Threaded Bolt with a 10mm head size laying in the floor of the shop bay here on our ranch where we park the Cub Cadet.
Trying to figure out where it belongs...
