      Nonexistent Customer Support?

      Its been 9 months now, dealer has been diligent with trying to get the right part from hisun, for a machine they sell they have no clue about it at all. Sent a few wrong parts over the months but still dont have correct parts, to say hisun sucks would be a huge understatement, they go through so called customer support techs like toilet paper and none of them have any idea what they are talking about.

      Need new pistons, rings, connecting rods and bearings for rebuild, dealer cannot get .5mm over pistons.  Looking for best aftermarket supplier.  Suggestions are appreciated.  Thank you

      I have a 2008 T2 1100cc.  I use synthetic 10w-30 oil.  Your sending unit may be partially plugged or dirty.  I recently pulled mine off and cleaned it thoroughly.  It starts up high but settles in around 30-40 after warm up.  If that is the problem, using thicker oil will not do any good.  Been there, done that.
