Best thing about the KFI plows is they are very inexpensive and work well. That said, they are great for small jobs requiring minimal change to the angle. I would recommend keeping it angled to the passenger side and try to plow in a way where you won't need to change the angle. As you said, it is difficult to reangle in snowy weather. My experience is the add on actuators are not able to hold up to the conditions.
If you really need to angle often, you may want to consider a power angle plow using hydraulic/electric. Otherwise I recommend keeping it angled to passenger side and make it work.
