  1. Your 100Ah battery is weak. It can handle a short-term load of 2C (200A) - that's not enough. I think the BMS is disconnecting the battery.
  2. What battery do you have? Can you please specify, or provide a link to the seller's website? Thank you.
  3. Try reading the error that briefly appeared when I turned it off. Have you measured the voltage of the main battery and the differences between them?
  4. I have a new E1 and it happened to me recently when I drove it after about a month of parking. We attributed it to the longer parking (for example, a drop in the 12V battery, or an unbalanced voltage of the 8 main batteries...). It was also related to the load, because with the load the shutdown occurred earlier, after about 3 seconds. Each time I just had to turn everything off and I could continue driving for a while. Since then, it hasn't happened to me again. However, when I turned it off, I saw an error message that disappeared after a very short time, but I didn't have time to read it. If you manage to read the error message, it will be progress...
  5. This battery is intended for golf carts, where BMS 200A is sufficient. Sector (Vector) E1 can handle up to 400A, so BMS 200A will be a limitation. Also, there is no information whether this BMS 200A can also recuperate.
  6. The battery will work if you drive it like a golf cart for which it is designed (flat and small hills). The seller states that you cannot use the existing charger (I think you can use the existing one, but the charging curve must be reprogrammed) and you cannot connect multiple batteries... If you drive the Sector E1 in difficult terrain up large hills and back to recover (the recovery will be large) you may encounter errors that have been reported here on the forum (uphill performance will be limited and the recovery from a large hill will be large and this battery will not handle it and there will be a limitation until the recovery or the vehicle stops). The Sector E1 has larger parameters than this battery and will not be used to its maximum with this battery. It would be ideal to try this battery in advance or see someone at Sector E1 and see if it will suit you.
  7. The second sentence of my post explains my concern "Probably the BMS protects the battery from large recuperation and the recuperation is interrupted and the motor is disconnected, which when disconnected can slow the wheels down a lot despite the high gear and as you write, the wheels lock up." I have read all your posts and I think that the problem is not in the strong recuperation that almost locks the wheels. I think that the battery is weak and cannot handle a larger recuperation, which is why the BMS protects it and disconnects it, and the motor then brakes strongly through high gears and locks the wheels. I am not in a position to better determine the error. I can only guess at the possible error based on what is written. If you write that the wheels lock, then it is not normal, it is bad and I recommend contacting the dealer. Here we can only guess.
  8. I am concerned that the problem is related to the battery replacement, which was not done professionally. Probably the BMS protects the battery from a large recuperation and the recuperation is interrupted and the motor is disconnected, which if disconnected can slow down the wheels a lot through the high gear and as you write, the wheels will lock up.
  9. Information is from the service technician when purchasing at EKO CARS Czech Republic.
  10. The E1 does not have a locked rear differential. It is just tightened up tighter and works a bit like a self-locking differential.
