  1. Tmweb, you’re in a similar spot to what I dealt with. I would continually call customer service. If they say it’ll be at the dealer next week, call and ask if it has shipped; you have to stay on top of it. Hopefully they can pump it out quick. I’ve heard numerous times that they are shipping thousands of parts a week so surely it won’t be long.
  2. Has anybody else had an update? I’m thinking I might be the only one on this board still waiting.
  3. I don’t blame you one bit. I wish there was another machine that I was on the fence about. I would’ve bought it already. What I really don’t understand is how Colby bought his and had it 6 days later and we’ve waited since Feb. Now his dealer has parts for units that aren’t even sold yet. Where is your dealer located Colby? I’d like to see what they have available.
  4. That’s another good looking ride!! Called Kawasaki yesterday about mine. Said parts would be at the dealer next week....4th week in a row that they’re shipping parts next week. I’ve apparently made someone mad and it’s costing me now .
  5. I keep getting ‘next week’ from Kawasaki. Eventually they’ll be right.
  6. From what I’m hearing, it would be a good idea to call customer service again tomorrow and see what they say this time. They were in a training session for the last 3 hours of the day on Friday according to their answering machine. This is one the most frustrating situations I’ve been a part of. I despise the fact that nobody, and I mean absolutely nobody, from Kawasaki can give an answer about any of this that seems reasonable or turns out to be truthful. If this were a restaurant or retail store I were dealing with, I would cancel my order and never return. It isn’t like we’re buying some small ticket item that I can get from multiple sources. I’m trying to spend 15k on something during a time when most people aren’t buying bubble gum and I can’t get a straight answer anywhere. Kubota is looking better all the time!
  7. I’ve decided to to stop thinking about mine until they call me and tell me it’s ready. My local dealer is kept in the dark in most things regarding this whole situation and I truly think Kawasaki customer service is giving me all the info they have, none of it leads to a Mule in the driveway though. It’s just a bad situation made worse by Covid.
  8. Called today to see if parts were in at the dealer like customer service said they would be....no such luck...kinda frustrating.
  9. That’s a good looking Mule! I tried to find a good comparison between the diesel and gas models but I couldn’t find much. What are the big differences?

  12. I talked to customer service...they said my parts would be at the dealer next week. It made me think...do they keep a certain number of parts back for the people that complain, then ship the parts to their dealer? It’s odd that a few people on here have called and ‘been the next in line’.
  13. That is awesome! I’m going to call customer service tomorrow and see they can tell me anything. How long does it take to do the warranty work?

  16. That’s great news guys!!! Make sure you post some pictures when you pick em up. I haven’t heard anything from my dealer in while...the way things are going right now, I don’t mind hanging on to my money a little longer.
