I also have the stock rim I will let go about 8 of the rears and no fronts :/ but call 817-695-1151 ask for jarrad or justin and we will fix you up

Hi all! I am a new member here and have really enjoyed and learned a lot from reading all of your posts. One thing that I have not really been able to figure out, however, is what type of spare wheel setup I should get? I have a Renegade R4 with the stock wheels/tires (27x8-12). I usually ride solo (new rider, not many "friends" in the area) and am concerned with getting stuck somewhere with a blown tire or something. I'd like to keep one spare wheel/tire setup on-board (mounted to the roof rack) in case I need it. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the brand, size, etc of the rim and the tire? I'm not looking to replace my entire setup, just need a spare! Thanks!
Oh, and while we're at it, does anyone have any opinions on the "Tractor Tunes" radio set up? I am interested in it as it seems fairly easy to install (being all one piece and everything), but $400 is a lot to spend on something without knowing much about it.
Andrew
I have sold quite a few tractor tunes setups to customers.. everyone has installed it and not had anyproblems except for one.. and he had a bad radio from the box that they promptly replaced for him.. All in all I call it a good setup and have used it before myself.. no special skills needed to install

This is the exact same problem I have, First start of the day is a real pain. I do believe the problem too rich, but don't know for sure. Tried starting fluid, just made it worse.
Another problem I'm having, is the starter doesn't always spin, put a test light on the starter and it appears that the solenoid is not making contact all the time. May have to figure out a method to let the solenoid pull in the starter and a parallel electrical connection, or just keep clicking until it makes contact.
Kinarfi
Kinarfi You used a test light but have you ran a volt meter to see the exact voltage to yhe green start wire? I usually hotshot it to the battery with a relay and use the green wire to trigger the relay and 99% of the time it cures the click click start problem.. the voltage has a long way to go up front then back to starter for such a small gauge wire

I just spoke with the dealer in Wickenburg, AZ and he says that they are getting a new facility after being closed down. He says that some of the ex-TJ employees bought out the company after the previous owner left, and that they will be up and running in a few weeks... It sounds good, but I'll take it with a grain of salt.
New parts coming into the states are a month to a month and a half out and buggies will not hit US soil untill mid to late summer..
-
Just got done talking to Casey that uses to work for Joyner he said that two or three weeks a place called joyner motor co will be opening to sell parts he said there web page will be up in a couple of days he went to work for them on monday
Aye same company as the chuckwagon, It will be about a month and a half before parts start rolling into the US

Did you get the kit from No Limits?
No he did not, I just got my 5 kits in last wed.. I have not sold any at the moment but hey when someone needs I got em.. sorry to hijack the thread.. but I also have that shock you need 817-695-1151 m-f 9-6 and sat 9-5

Hey Guys,
My names Alex and I actually worked for Team Joyner till we shut down. If you are needing any parts, no limits bought a nice inventory of parts before closing. They basically bought all of the Differential parts available for the vehicles so if you need one for the front, I am sure they still have them. Also, a company out of Indianapolis I believe is working a deal with purchasing parts from the factory and they will be opening a warehouse in Phoenix or Mesa Arizona from what I am being told. Even though if you run out of parts, people are trying to get them.
As of now I am not selling any of the ring and pinions, I may change that soon.. but for now I will be building all my broken pile of diffs I have here

I had a chuck wagon in my shop the other day, it was powered by a 340cc honda aircooled motor, it was more or less a overgrown go-cart, I thought myself that it was a turd, but who knows, I will call Jeff the US sales rep from TJUSA and get his take on this company and confirm weither they are going to be doing it or not..
Jarrad
Confirmed, They are thinking of calling themselves JMC, Parts will be rolling into the US within the month

I don't know but this is what I found cheapen v. , -ened , -ening , -ens . v.tr. To make cheap or cheaper. To lower in public estimation; debase or degrade: misconduct that cheapened a.

Has anyone tried ordering anything from teamjoynercanada? Looked at their site today not much stuff when it comes to parts and accessories.
I ordered a enclosure for a commando from them last week, talk to Peter out there every few days, good people.. they have some stuff but no where near TJU style

I printed off four model manuals then got lazy and simply used TJs website. If you do print one off for yourself and are not to sure how to do odd & even pages back to back, download the file onto a memory stick and take it down to a Stationary shop and get them to do it. That way the manual will end up having the bookbinding done properly.
Cheers Mike
I am registering a new domain name today after I get it all set up those manuals and parts lists will be availible again for public use like they were on TJUSA's website look for that by the weekend, I will post up the link when it is set up properly

I have used TJ USAs website as a reference for years and now its gone. It looks like it is getting rebuilt, but if you have not got a Trooper, Renegade or Commando Manual, I have found a site that still has on-line owners manuals for these models. It is Joyner Sport Russia and the link is Ðóêà ïîìîùè - ÄæîéíåðÑïîðò If you can not translate to English the Commando is the 2nd link down, Renegade the 4th and Trooper the 5th. All three manuals are in English. Download the one you need on to your computer so you have copy.
Not a bad site really, have a look at some photos from this link Ôîòî/âèäåî - ÄæîéíåðÑïîðò They have dealers nation wide and it looks like the 650 Sand Spiders are the most popular Joyner.
Cheers Mike.
Last week I copied everything from there website to my computer.. I knew it would disapear eventually, I even snagged the stuff from the dealer only login.. just incase

You are not going to get any help from Joyner, they are gone / out of business for now. You will have to get your part from another dealer's stock or make the part yourself. There are a couple dealers on this site. Hopefully they will step up and contact you.
rocmoc n AZ/Mexico
Joyner got an extension they will close end of this week, I am in constant contact with them few times a day, I had a pallet show up today with a ton of parts I ordered and even some I didn't *shrug* but as of 4 hours ago I got them sending a transmission my way as well as every last cable in the warehouse

Snowman 6479 you say on a na motor what is a na motor

PM me with your email address and I'll send you a copy of the instructions. How does your Fast Freddy ECU do? Is there a lot of difference in torque, HP or both? Where is the difference, at high or low RPMs. How much power difference would you say it has over the stock ECU?
Thanks
Lenny
I have installed a few of those ECU's at No Limits, It is not a install for the faint of heart, the wiring diagram they supply and instructions look like the guy did it on a bar napkin after 5 or 6 drinks, hard to follow and a few phonecalls will get it done, but on a NA motor it works great, and works even better with a turbo, but if you install it on a NA motor then go turbo you have to send it in to get reflashed with a turbo program costs about an extra $150

I ordered a load of diffs, They are the new upgraded ones, But I am not putting the No Limits name on it untill I take a few apart to make sure they will hold up under the hardest stuff we can throw at it, short of outright abuse.. The word you were hearing from TJUSA on the upgraded diffs and such, coming from same supplierI thought you said your ordered a nice stockpile of upgraded diffs,so what you have is stock and then you upgrade them? so you have no price yet?
