  1. If it was stored where it got well below freezing and not enough anti-freeze mix then something on engine block could have cracked or a hose burst.
  2. Bad fuel, clogged injector, air restriction? Check that fuel is flowing steadily from pump to injector by putting end of fuel hose into a container. Start with some basic tests.
  3. Yea, sounds like it is locked up. Getting someone to rock the UTV while you try to shift may help. Does the CVT belt rotate like it is in neutral or solid like in gear when you take the cover off? Otherwise it doesn't sound too good for easy fix.
  4. I'd be careful though on going too low with car tires. At long highway/interstate speeds low pressure can cause the tire to overheat and have a blowout. Extreme case but it does happen. Same with too high pressure but because higher temp at speed causes higher pressure, even worse on hotter days.
  5. You sure the ECM you installed is programmed correctly? A generic one will not work.
  6. Call Bennche USA and maybe they can point you in the right direction. They are an assembly plant and seller for what is a rebranded product. Possibly they might even have engines to sell.
  7. Mine had a small plastic sock kinda thing on the end of a tube. It was all clogged and broken down. Maybe some are different.
  8. Only thing I can think of that you haven't already done is look at the fuel pump. There is a filter on it but you have to pull the pump to look at it. If that is the problem consider installing an inline filter before the pump.
  9. Not sure about that particular model but there should be a fan gear under a small cover on the engine that connects to the shifter rod. Remove that cover to see if those gears are stripped.
  10. As he's saying, first thing is makes sure there is 12v on positive probe with negative probe on the metal chassis or even the motor itself.
  11. My Bennche had the same issue a couple years ago. It was shaft seal on the wet clutch cover.
  12. It's the design on the majority of them. Anything that will fit the cramped space of the engine compartment will have minimal results. I've read some people have fairly decent results with aftermarket exhaust/muffler systems. Only good thing is the heat coming off the engine in the winter, not so much in the summer.
  13. Kinda sounds like some kind of fuel starvation. Possibly clogged lines or fuel pump or maybe the injector. Try disconnecting the fuel line from the injector body and put it in a large container to catch the fuel. Crank it over and see how much fuel your getting. Of course be very careful when doing this and just a few seconds should show you if enough fuel is coming out. If that looks good I'd suspect the injector.
  14. It is the fuel injector seat. Just lookup for Hisun 700, same thing.
  15. When you say "no power" do you mean the display doesn't even come on?
