I have a 2022 same problem. In fact on my way to Bass Pro today for this plus Also watch for misadjusted tail gate latches that put too much pressure on the bed causing it to crack.

Mine is a 2022 and got about 1200 miles on it. Been doing it since day 1. Good luck with yours Thanks Chuck

Curious to know kind of shimming they did. They replaced everything on mine. I just decided to give it a little and let everything get broken in. Not too bad right just wait and see what happens.

I gave up taking mine back 4 times for the belt noise. Both clutches and drive belt replaced. I have the same issue with the bottom of the bed warping. What did u use for heat shield. I only have 4 greese fittings at the rear wheels, ball joints. And the A frame connections make a lot of noise.

Thanks, I have 700 miles so I should not have to greese the fittings yet but I did. Mine makes the real bad squealing about 90 % of the time, very annoying. It is coming from the clutch area and they say they replaced the belt and both clutches. I'll have to take it back to them again. I don't expect much. I may end up to to another Bass Pro. Thanks much

I am throughly discussed with the 800sx. It has a lot of suspension cracking and squeaking from the suspension/shocks. Also been to the dealer 4 times for excessive drive clutch/belt squealing. They have no clue and they have (supposedly) changed both clutches and drive belt. Anyone having any of these issues.

Thanks I have the same noise from the shocks. I think only when they are cold. After everything warms up n it is fine. Dealer replaced the drive belt cover. Said it was rubbing. Haven't had it out yet, we'll see

Anyone having issues with drive belt squeal . Been to Bass Pro 3 times. Replaced drive clutch and belt . Noise started again after 15 minutes. Anyone have this problem
