Doesn't matter if in reverse or forward gear every so often it would make a grinding sound and jump out of gear Plowing snow the other morning it got bad had a loud banging noise in both reverse and forward  Managed to limp it into garage but lost reverse while doing so

Has a steady banging  from undernearh while driving forward into garage  Going to put it up on blocks today  was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to proceed,

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

Hello all. I have a 2005 Joyner sand spider 650 with the dreaded broken output shaft on the transmission. I got ahold of a 2007 joyner commando 650 for cheap that had a bad motor but a good transmission. I got it because everything i read said that the transmission would work but it seems that it will not. Due to the commando being 4x4 it has a selectable locker and a small ring gear using a "idler" gear to turn the ring gear which make the output spin the wrong direction. Is there any way that I can make this thing work? I really dont want a commando,  I like the buggy but if the trans wont work then I can only put my motor in the commando. Any help would be appreciated. I have the ring gear from the original trans but the shaft is broken and the shaft from the commando wont fit the ring gear it doesn't appear.

      Hey yall,
Helping a friend out. he purchased a 2020 massimo buck 400 utv. has about 100 hours on it. after starting the engine, shifter in low, it does fine. when shifted to high gear, most of the time it acts like its not in gear completely, and it pops out and grinds bad. when you can get it in high gear, it acts like something is binding and it wont hardley roll before it jumps out of gear and makes that grinding noise. almost like trying to dr4ive a standard transmission car and start off in 3rd or 4th gear.
I have been on this site for several hours now, and totally understand the overall feeling about massimo utv. I can only imagine trying to find transmission parts when other members cant even find a fuel filter, lol.
A new transmission is (part#47516) $1159.99 plus tax and freight.
anyone have any other ideas or suggestions on what is causing the noise in high gear and not wanting to move?
      Thanks ,
      Chris

I have a Hisun Sector E1 UTV.  Worked pretty good for a while but then started to run into issue with gear grinding noise.  Will not engage in forward or reverse.  When put into forward or reverse and press pedal can hear a whiring noise as if something is supposed to be engaging but is not.  Occasionally it will grab in jolt forward momentarily but then ceases.  No error warnings or codes given.  Due to money restrictions, I really need to fix this myself.  Has anyone had this problem and what could it be that is needed.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!
