Hi All, again,

Now the Landmaster will not engage in Forward or Reverse, less than 20 hours run time.

Did a quick diagnostic with Navitas Dashboard App, problem:

Bus Under Voltage Fault

Description: Voltage on controller B+ has dropped below 18V
Check batteries, solenoid and connections
(3-1)

Email problem to Navitas.

Still 50% battery supply, charging anyway.

Will check items above plus wiring tomorrow, sun going down.

I noticed you added some manuals for your American Landmaster EV, thank you for sharing. Hopefully you will figure out the issue. This is one of the few EV topics I have seen, but I'm sure it'll grow as EVs become more widespread.

Here are your manuals. I edited the screenshot and descriptions.

Hi All, Well I did some troubleshooting (shotgun work), and I got the vehicle working.  I think the connect was not seated fully in the DC/DC Convertor (48v to 12V).  Not sure, I disconnected and reconnected a lot of wiring connectors.  See Pic1

I was using the phone App, Dashboard from Navatis to communicate with TAC2 EZ-GO RXV Controller, the green brick, it has Bluetooth.  The App is not very stable, I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work.  Just a reminder.  Don

I have a 2011 or so Landmaster LM200.  I cannot get it to start.  I turn the key and nothing happens.  The brake switch seems to be working, the ignition switch works.  The Coil is new the Voltage Regulator is new and the starter relay is new.

I can connect the terminals on the starter relay and it starts right up and runs fine.  I just can't get it to start by turning the key.

I am having a bit of trouble bleeding the brakes, not much fluid comes out at the calipers when I am pumping the brakes, though that an air bubble near the brake switch might make it not sense that the brake pedal is depressed.

I am at a loss, please help!

Hello. I have a 2016 Massimo MSU 500. I was putting on a lightbar and i screwed up and didn't disconnect the battery so when i was taking of the positive cable to put on the power from the lightbar it sparked and now the utv has no power. I turn the key over and all i hear is a chirp. No lights or anything. Everything that comes from the battery to the jumper box up by the battery shows voltage but anything coming out does not such as to the winch or anything like that

I have a Hisun Sector E1 UTV.  Worked pretty good for a while but then started to run into issue with gear grinding noise.  Will not engage in forward or reverse.  When put into forward or reverse and press pedal can hear a whiring noise as if something is supposed to be engaging but is not.  Occasionally it will grab in jolt forward momentarily but then ceases.  No error warnings or codes given.  Due to money restrictions, I really need to fix this myself.  Has anyone had this problem and what could it be that is needed.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you!

      Hello,
I have a 2019 Landmaster 550 UTV. Its been running good until now. The front axle wont engage. Where I live the temps have been well below freezing. The UTV is stored in unheated garage. And even the bottles of stored windshield washer fluid are frozen solid. So I am thinking that the front axle gear oil might be VERY thick and now allowing it to engage. Off the front diff is a small gauge wire running up to a connector. I put a test lamp to one of the leads and with utv running and 4 wheel switch on there is no voltage. However if I shut it off and have the 4 wheel switch engaged. and the crank it to start again the light gets a signal. for a second or two. I have to jacked up on rear and front and sometime the front will cut in and spin a few revs but the drops off.
Im hoping that someone can explain how the front engages on the axle. I assumed there was a fork or something that was engaged with 12 volts. But this wire is very small .This unit doesn't have a central fuse panel but I believe I have checked all the fuses.
      Thanks in advance
      Allan
