Axis, HiSun (Probably Others) fuel gauge

May a moderator can make this a sticky or something.

The fuel gauge seems to be misunderstood on these machines.

All blocks of bars (red and white) represent the fuel level. When the tank is empty the red bar AND the fuel pump icon flash.

In the pic below, the fuel gauge indicates a full tank.

In this pic the fuel gauge reads about 1/2 a tank.

Notice in the 1st pic there is one red bar AND 5 white bars = full tank of gas.

 

In the 2nd pic there is 1 red bar and 3 white bars =  about 1/2 tank of gas. 

 

The tank holds about 7 gallons. I put 60 miles that trip and used about 3 gallons or so. Your MPG may vary.

      Fuel pump is good (i hotwired it) swapped relay with known good one no help. I'm leanin towards ECU but cannot find wiring diagram online. Dont know how fuel pump relay gets its signal, all fuses good, any help?

      I have a 2023 Tracker 800SX LE that I want to add a sway bar to.
      The service manual shows how to remove and reinstall the sway bar.
      I called Cabela's to try and get the saw bar.   They said they can't get one and the 800SX doesn't have one!!??  Then why is it listed in the service manual?? No answer from them.
      Have any of you found a saw bar that fits and what did it cost?

      Older Landmaster LM 650 Fuel Problem

      My older LM 650 is blowing fuel into the air cleaner.  Any idea on what would cause this?  It is the Suzuki motor.  Not sure what model year it is.

      I recently bought an axis 500 and it’s missing a box or something the plug is L shaped I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams and still can’t figure it out. The plug is located right near the battery housing

      Just installed a predator 670 on my Landmaster. My question is can I remove the low oil pressure wire fitting and plumb my mechanical gauge into that access point?
