Renegade vs Trooper

After reading as much as I've found, I'm leaning towards a Renegade. I want to be able to put a bench seat in the back for part of the time, and be able to carry a deer , and a tree stand, fire wood etc. Do the Renegades have all the improvements that the Trooper got, and are the 2010 line out yet? What will be the difference between the 09 and 2010? I think for half play trail riding, and half work the Renegade might be better. Can you get the Renegade with power steering or do you put it on yourself. Does anybody know a good dealer near Maryland or Delaware that stock Renegades so I could try one. I don't mind driving a few hours if necessary. Thanks :)

The Renegade is a very capable machine which is a better commercial option than the Trooper and is almost as good as the Trooper when buying for recreational use. The Trooper's wider and longer wheel base, lower centre of gravity and more power will edge out the Renegade on the trails but with the Renegades huge tray and powerful 812cc you get the best of both worlds. Great choice. The Renegades running gear has had the same overhaul as the Troopers and the 2010 model is out now but not in all stores. Not completely sure of all the differences but I'd say the new axles, new design panel on the hood above the battery is flat which lets you know it's not old stock and I think like the Trooper the 4wd/2wd is cable operated (could be wrong). The big dealers have all the extra add-ons so yes you can buy the powersteering unit and get it instilled by them like this one here http://www.tobefast.com/joyner-renegade-po...r-10000258.html . Three good dealers with lots of extras for Troopers, Renegades and Commandos are McCoy Motorsports, No Limits Powersports and Silverbullet Motorsports.

There are no dealers in Delaware but in Maryland there is two. Fun on Wheels in Frederick 301-696-1911 and Kidnme Motorsports in Whiteford 717-825-0669. The nearest large Joyner Dealer that has a good reputation is McCoy Motorsports in Pikeville Kentucky www.tobefast.com . Their banner should appear up above this thread.

      Identify this part help needed

      I think this part is causing a high idle problem(4000 rpm at start up) in my 04 R4 Joyner. I took it out and cleaned it and the problem went away. I just went out to start my SXS and it's idle jumped up to 4 grand again. Can someone tell me what this part is called so I can search for a new one. Or can you point me towards a source.

      2018 Hisun Sector 1000 Crew stalling but starts right back up. Please help!

      Hey Guys, I have been chasing a stalling condition for about two weeks now. The bike will crank up and idle fine, then after about 20 seconds it will fall on its face and stall. It happens at both idle and while running at various rpms. You can turn the key off, turn it back on and it will fire right back up without trouble. I have verified spark on both cylinders with a spark tester. I have also added an inline fuel filter, and pulled the injectors to verify proper pulse on each. Things I have replaced - (relearn procedure performed after each component replaced): spark plugs, ECU, relay/fuse box, fuel pump, & throttle position sensor - all with no improvement of the condition. The only warning light I get when the condition occurs is the oil lamp. The bike only has 14 miles. I am at a loss and appreciate any help and suggestions! Thanks

      Want a new work UTV; who and what should I look for?

      I want to ditch my Kubota RTV-XG850 and its moronic twitchy throttle design flaw, get rid of the problematic engine and the 40 mph purposely throttled speed.
      So far, I'm looking at the Honda Pioneer 1000 and the Polaris Ranger 1000, both of which have 1000-1500 lb payload bed capacity.
      What other makes and models should I be looking at?

      Can’t figure out what part I’m missing

      I recently bought an axis 500 and it’s missing a box or something the plug is L shaped I’ve looked through the wiring diagrams and still can’t figure it out. The plug is located right near the battery housing

      Bobcat 2200 dump bed relay pops fuse and stalls after warm

      I had to remove the relay for the dump bed due to it popping the fuse for main key power. I have tried to find a short but nothing seems to out of normal. I also disconnected the dump motor and switch and still pops the fuse. Also, when the machine is warmed up i get about 5 to 10 of work out of before it stalls. Once I can get it to start again I have to use the choke to keep it running.
