Hi, I purchased a used Cub Cadet 750 Challenger that seemed like the belt was slipping so I put a new belt in. It still acts like the belt is slipping but now I am thinking it is the clutch?
What is the best way to remedy this problem?
Can the clutch be rebuilt?
Are there aftermarket clutches available?
I have been searching and can't find much info on these units. Pretty surprising as every other thing I own I find a lot of info on. Researching for tech info and such it's like no one owns any of these yet I see them everywhere.
Hi, I have a 2015 i believe, landmaster lm400.
I am installing a duromax 420 to replace another oddball honda knockoff ( the black and yellow one).
I am having difficulties removing the primary clutch. I dont know which tool to order. It's like the best kept hidden secret. Idk if i need m12, m14, or whatever size tool i need. Any help would be appreciated
I have a fuel injected UT400 that will start and idle, but surges and sputters at higher speed. It has been sitting for 2-3 months and was fine when parked in garage. I assumed it was a fuel/air problem and pulled the throttle body and cleaned it up. I've ended up replacing the injector, IAC valve, MAF Temp Pressure Sensor, and fuel filter. I've also checked the spark plug, Still surging. I reset the ECU after every component swap.
I plan to pull the throttle body again and look evrything over for any visible leaks, etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated on next steps. The problem developing after sitting makes me think it should be something simple, but I'm stumped. BTW the fuel was fresh and treated with Stabil.
Trying to get running a 550 Colman running but I think head gasket went bad. Do i just replace with new gasket, clean up and replace or is there more to it?
