Ranger Roll Bar

Recommended Posts

Depends on the design and material. I rolled a Jeep once and the roll bar failed. This is why I just beefed up my cage on my Trooper. Was way too cheap & weak from the factory. Hope everyone was OK.

Take care,

    • 2014 Joyner Renegade/Trooper Engine RPM vs Vehicle Speed in 5th Gear

If any of Joyner owners are out and about, could you please let me know what your engine RPMs vs Vehcile speed is when you're in 5th gear?  My Renegade sounds like it's wound up real tight when traveling.  For instance, I get about 10 mph per 1,000 RPMs while in 5th gear (45 mph = 4500 RPMs).  Is that normal?  I'm used to lower RPMs.  Other ATVs & UTVs running round my neighborhood that sound like their engine RPMs aren't that high.

Dirt Riot is hosting an off-road endurance racing in Vernal, UT on May 13th. We are looking for volunteers to help set up and work the event. Have you ever wanted to be behind the sense of the events you love to watch? Want free entry to the event and exclusive Dirt Riot t-shirt? Then come help us put on a great show. This is a fun way to help your off-road community grow, get personal time with the professional competitors and best of all get the best seats in the house for all the action. If you are more interested in competing alongside some of the best teams in the country, we would love to have you compete with us. Our classes are designed to fit a wide range of off-road vehicles. Most trail rigs only take a few safety modifications to pass our tech inspection, and they are items every trail rig should have anyways. Check out our rule book for more information!

We are looking for course workers with recovery rigs and set up help. As a course worker, you will basically just have the best seats in the house and get a t-shirt for helping out. We will position workers around the course with radios to keep the event coordinators informed about what is happen on the course. You will also need a vehicle with mild off-road capabilities and a reliable winch. If are able come out before the event we would love a hand getting the event site ready. We put on 18 events during the summer months and we cannot do it without volunteers like you.

      About Dirt Riot

What is Dirt Riot Endurance Racing? In short, Awesome! If you are looking for the most fun and competitive off-road racing series that anyone from weekend wheelers to professional race teams can compete in, you have found it. Dirt Riot sets up races all across the U.S. each course and location brings new challenges for competitors. The courses typically range from 4-8 miles in length and each race is timed for 1-3 hours, depending on class, the team that completes the most laps in that time wins. Push your rig too hard and you will not last the full race, drive too mildly and fall behind the pace. The key is to learn the track and know your rig’s capabilities. Spectators will enjoy seeing competitors drifting corners, hitting jumps, and taking on difficult rock sections. Dirt Riot has the same race classes as Ultra4 as well as a few more to allow anyone to bring their rig out and compete. Most trail rigs can pass inspection with little to no modifications. This is perfect for a club trail day, challenge your club members to a full race then stay and watch the pros race on the same course you just did.

    • Can-Am Maverick X3 Side-by-Side Vehicle WINS Vegas To Reno Race

Murray Racing put their No. 2927 Can-Am Maverick X3 X rs Turbo R side-by-side on the BITD podium with a UTV Unlimited Pro class victory.Valcourt, Quebec/Canada, August 21, 2016 â Can-Am / Murray Racing pilot Jason Murray piloted the brand new Maverick X3 side-by-side vehicle to the UTV Unlimited Pro class victory at the 2016 Best In The Desert Vegas To Reno race in Las Vegas, Nev. The all-new, bold Can-Am Maverick X3 X rs Turbo R side-by-side vehicle won its debut race just four short days after its worldwide unveiling in Orlando, Fla. Can-Am Maverick X3 X rsâItâs impressive to earn such a defining victory in our first official race with the new Maverick X3. The Murray Racing team was outstanding in the Nevada desert and their class victories continue to prove Can-Am is a clear leader in performance side-by-side vehicles,â said Jeff Leclerc, Racing Project Leader, Can-Am. âOur BITD racing teams started with the most race-ready platform in history, with the Can-Am Maverick X3. Although they added the necessary safety and racing equipment, the new X3 race builds remained mostly stock.â Can-Am Maverick X3 X rsThe Murray Racing brothers Jason and Derek Murray competed in two different classes in two different Can-Am Maverick turbo vehicles. Jason Murray drove the No. 2927 Can-Am Maverick X3, while his brother Derek piloted the No. 917 Maverick MAX Turbo. Jason earned a statement-making victory with the all-new Can-Am Maverick X3 side-by-side vehicle in its first official race. Derek drove his Maverick to victory in the Turbo Pro Production class and a third-place overall amongst all UTV classes. The Can-Am / Murray Racing teams outlasted 60-some other entrants and 650 miles of brutal desert terrain to stand atop the podium in two separate classes at the Vegas To Reno race, which BITD calls âthe longest off-road race in the United States.â ] No. 917 Maverick MAX TurboâThe new Maverick X3 side-by-side vehicle is simply amazing and the closest thing to a race-ready vehicle from a major manufacturer,â said Jason Murray, after his BITD win. âWe are so excited to have finished Vegas to Reno after 650 miles in the new Can-Am Off-Road Maverick X3 in its first race. To top that off, we scored two huge first-in-class victories.â The Murray brothers lightly modified their Maverick X3 X rs vehicle with a Lonestar Racing cage, doors and bumpers and necessary safety equipment required by the BITD. S3 Racing, Dustin Jones and Shane Dowden, also competed in the BITD race. They added an S3 cage, doors and bumpers and the required safety equipment. However, both of the Maverick X3 racing vehicles remained mostly stock by using the factory-equipped driveline, FOX shocks, suspension arms, 154-hp Rotax ACE triple-cylinder engine, QRS-X CVT, steering componentry and differentials.
