I need a R2 and R4 to use as a model to get a full enclosure fitted out. If you live near Carlisle, Kentucky and would like a below cost enclosure for your efforts, please contact me. It should only take two weeks, but as we found out last time, it can take a lot longer. I also need a Trooper to go back for a couple of days to re-design just the soft front panel. If anybody lives close that owns a Commando two or four seater, I’d also love to hear from you. Your UTV will be used for promo photos, so will need to be clean.

      "Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
      So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
      AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

      need resistance value on stator

      having trouble with a 2013 uxv500i. have replaced stator due to bad pulser coil. new unit does not work. manual value for pulser coil is 100ish ohm, measured value is 500 ohm. can anyone with one of these fuel injected later model units check their pulser coil with an ohm meter for me? left side of engine small connector next to 3 yellows. jon 605-545-7040

      Hisun 500 Soft Cab Enclosure Upper Doors — Need Advice

      I’ve been eyeing a Hisun 500 soft cab enclosure upper doors setup for my UTV, but I’m really not sure if it’s a smart move. The idea of doors and some protection sounds appealing, but I worry they might just be a flimsy afterthought — weak zippers, thin plastic windows, maybe leaking or fogging when wet or cold. What good is “protection” if it doesn’t seal well? Also concerned about ventilation: with soft doors, does the cab get too muggy or stuffy?
      Anyone here use soft-cab doors on a Hisun 500 — did they actually hold up for real riding conditions, or did you end up ditching them for hard doors (or no doors)?
