I’ve been eyeing a Hisun 500 soft cab enclosure upper doors setup for my UTV, but I’m really not sure if it’s a smart move. The idea of doors and some protection sounds appealing, but I worry they might just be a flimsy afterthought — weak zippers, thin plastic windows, maybe leaking or fogging when wet or cold. What good is “protection” if it doesn’t seal well? Also concerned about ventilation: with soft doors, does the cab get too muggy or stuffy?
Anyone here use soft-cab doors on a Hisun 500 — did they actually hold up for real riding conditions, or did you end up ditching them for hard doors (or no doors)?

I have a soft top jeep with zippers on the back & rear windows, works fine. My problem with the soft uppers on a Hisun is not only are they ugly but they are way overpriced. I contacted a local authorized brand dealership. They can order or tell you if other models have parts that can fit yours. Surprisingly, the cost of the hard uppers with a sliding window and seal gasket was not much different from the soft doors. I have a 2025 Hisun Axis 750. Hard to find info on hard uppers until I contacted dealer. They come in a solid or sliding window built in. Look awesome not cheap looking, like a dern armored vehicle. I recommend the tinted sliding glass.

I think but could be wrong but I believe with Hisun the name Stryker & Axis is the only difference. Same machine but Stryker is sold at an authorized dealer/service & Axis is sold by authorized dealer without service like Lowe’s. I’ve heard some call Hisun a Chinese Rhino clone & those parts are commonly known to fit. Your local service dealer can answer all those types of questions. Good luck with whatever you decide, hope I was helpful.

I have the soft upper doors on my Stryker 750x. Keeps the cold wind and rain out just fine. Vinyl windows get rolled down and are strapped to lower portion. The sliding glass window is more than twice the cost, and if you look at the picture you will notice that the window only slides about halfway back. I would not be able to get my mail out of my mailbox like that. It is true that the soft upper will not last as long depending on how it is stored, but the larger opening is much more desirable from my point of view. I have no regrets going CHEAP, they keep me dry. One note I would like to make. These do not just pop right on. There is somewhat of a challenge to get the weather strip on properly and to align the upper assembly so the door will close properly. Make sure the door closes correctly before installing any of the uppers.

The hard uppers aren’t cheap around $650 a set and there’s a 2 month back order. I was not able to find any other way to order the sliding glass or solid option but through a dealership.

The soft uppers (picture attached) are expensive as well depending on where they’re ordered. Lowe’s has them for $550 a set but Amazon has them from $300 on down to under $100.

Personally I don’t consider doors an accessory. Should have came with the machine. I’ll probably machine my own doors and bolt some plexiglass to a metal frame. I’ll just have to open my door to check the mail, lol.

Next problem with charging system to tackle, any help would be appreciated.
      New starter solenoid....check
      New Voltage Regulator...check.
Dynamic test to Stator.....bang...pulling like 2 Volts AC
Problem: Without pulling the part out and stranding the vehicle at the shop forever.... I am trying to find the correct stator or at least one that might not be exact for the Massimo Buck 400S, but fit and connect and do the job if that makes sense.... if anyone has any ideas, please shoot them my way.

Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

I have a 2021 Axis(Hisun) 700 from Lowes. Will not start. Checked starter, solenoid, spark plug and fuel pump. Everything seems to be fine. The motor turns over and will try to start but just will not. Battery is also good. Frustrated!

"Mrs. Smith" doesn't like how loud our Sector 750 is.  On a HISUN forum someone said the same thing about his 750.  I haven't given it much thought because I've been more focused on stuff that has broken.
So, I used my decibel meter to check ours out.  4000 RPM, Low gear, under 20 MPH . . . . 97 decibels.  That's above most ordinances, even state boat noise limits.
AI Overview Ninety-seven (97) decibels is considered very loud and dangerous to hearing with prolonged exposure, roughly equivalent to a newspaper press, a loud nightclub, or a snowmobile. At this level, damage can occur after just 30 minutes, necessitating hearing protection

Have a MSU 500 that we got from my wife's uncle a while back. We've had it running and hauling around the property but it stopped a few months ago after what I thought was running out of gas and I'm just getting to looking into it.
Had fuel to the injector but nothing coming out the injector so swapped with new injector and installed inline filter in the supply hose from fuel pump. Tried again and still nothing but noticed this time that I can't hear the fuel pump priming.
Pulled off the electrical connection and I'm getting 12V to the fuel pump but it won't run. Put it on a test bench and got it to run so put test lamp between +ve and -ve terminals on the connector and nothing. Checked against the passenger seat securing post and get a light.
Tried chasing the wire back and think that the ground is through the ECU but not 100% sure. Can someone confirm for me? And if it is through the ECU, is the ECU just grounded against the frame or is it wired through to the battery?
Thanks in advance and hope this all make sense!
