Recently helped 66fastcarss with his Trooper and I drilled and tapped the tops of the ball joints for zerks, on mine I did the same and welded the tops back on. When I greased them, the grease would ooze out the top. On 66fastcarss', I used JB Weld and made sure I used plenty so the threads were well sealed, after it cured, I applied grease and none of it oozed out the top, I think this may be the way to go. Did NOT add any welding as I thought the heat would destroy the epoxy.

i saw your post on upgrading your ball joints to accept zerk fittings and thought you or somebody on the board might be intrested in our ball joint "upgrade" kits offered here at silverbullet. they consist of 90deg zerk fittings for ease of greasing, polyurethane boots to resist corosion from the sun, and a set of clamps to hold it all in place. we are under new management and are striving for better customer service and faster turn around time. thanks 928-344-2117

I just purchased a 2023 Honda Pioneer a couple of weeks ago and had the hard roof and a front Honda Pioneer windshield installed at the shop before taking ownership. As things are drying up here in NC, the grass and dust are beginning to fly right through the back of the cab while driving. I was wondering if anyone has any good recommendations on rear windshields, dust panels, or mesh screens to help stop this?
      Thanks a lot!

I bought this SxS brand new.  A couple of years after I bought it, I became disabled.  Thus it has only 47 miles and around 16 hours of use.  I have no need to keep the SxS.  I am in Foley, Alabama.  It is very hard for me to get in out of the Challenger.  I would like to sell the set, 2019 Challenger 400, trailer and uninstalled winch (this was bought brand new as well, someone was supposed to help this newbie install and we never got around to doing this). I want  $6500 for the whole set OBO (Serious offers only).

      Hello UTV,
Like a lot of others, I acquired an older Mule (KAF300) and have been slowly getting it back to good running condition. I finally have it running smoothly, but the last issue I have is the brakes. I am replacing all major parts of the brakes, but my problem is the rear brakes. There are NO axel nuts to get the drums off. Both rear wheels have been welded where the axel nuts should be, therefore I cannot get the drums off to replace the shoes, springs and cylinders. Is this normal? If not, why would someone weld the axels at the drums? Will I have to pull the axels from the differential to get the drums off? I have to replace the driver's side brake cylinder as it shoots brake fluid when depressing the brake pedal. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am rebuilding the clutch assemblies of a 2014 Hisun 400.
The old primary clutch has grease inside the roller chambers. One video I found showed greasing everything inside, yet another video said NO grease whatsoever? Which is correct?
