Renegade and trooper front diff difference

Recommended Posts

Well i went out to install my shimmed renegade front diff and pull out the old t2 diff that was still in the t2. Before anyone makes this mistake.....pull out the t2 front diff and compare the axle stubs that cv half shaft go over and make sure they are the same. I'm going to have to tear it down and rebuild/shim it all over my mistake for thinking renegade and trooper share exact same diff. Everything is same except for pinion on rear diff but on front diff its the pinon and side gears.

Kinarfi...my rear had the right diameter splines so renegade rear matched up to trooper no problem but front threw me off. I don't know why that is like that i looked up in t2 manual it even said that front is supposed to be smaller and on my t2 it's all same front and rear i'm sure that's same for everyone else here?

      Hello,
I found an 08 Renegade for sale and looking to purchase it.  I haven’t heard too much about these machines and any insight would be much appreciated.  Are they good machines?

2016, Hisun 500 turns over great but Spark plug is firing when I turn the ignition key on. I’ve got good fuel pressure to the injector. Pulled plug out and it is wet with. gasoline. Air filter is clean. Turns over great just does not even try to pop or start.. I’ve checked off uses and they are good when I turn the key on I’m getting power to the injector.. I’m not hearing the injector pulsing, but may just be my hearing.. With the spark plug getting wet with gas I feel like the injector is pulsing and spraying. Any suggestions would be great. I don’t know the hours on the unit offhand, but it has 600 miles on it. Thank you for your comments and advanced.

I've had a battery failure and need one replacement.  The local distributor told me it might take up to four weeks to get one.  I'd like to order one in sooner than that if possible.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 2022 Hisun 750 Sector which comes with a locked rear differential. Was wondering if it would be possible to install an unlocking differential.  I see that there are some Hisun made machines that come with the unlocking rear diff, such as Cub Cadet Challenger, some of the Massimos, and probably others. My concern is whether these would be a direct bolt on, using the original axles, drive shaft, and of course matching gear ratio. I've tried to match up part numbers but it seems every brand has their own number system even for parts that I know are identical. If anyone has ever done this swap or has any information about the whether these unlocking rear diffs are comparable to the Sector, I'd appreciate your input.
