SLOW down my 2510 mule

I need help from my fellow UTV'rs. I have a very steep driveway and my 2000 Kaw. Mule 2510 wants to "free wheel" going down it. I have it in low gear and even give it gas to try and get it to engage the low gear (due to it being a constant velocity transmission). It just wants to go faster. I need this machine to hold me back and creep down the hill, not go faster when I press on the throttle. I will need this for plowing my driveway this year. Anybody out there SLOW down their mule? linkage adjustments?

I have a service manual and it doesn't mention anything about adjustable engine braking, nor anything about speed adjustment? Most forums are how to adjust the governor to make it go faster -not slow it down. Anyone else have some ideas? I cant be plowing my driveway with my foot on the brake constantly.

Don't get enough snow in Texas to ever need a plow. So I've never done it. But wouldn't the drag from plowing the snow, slow the machine down significantly. Other than that, yes, it should be easy to adjust the linkage. But it'll change the way it drives, all the time. At work they had a kubota that was adjusted down. That thing would nearly put you through the windshield, every time you let off the gas.

      TW 450 dies on steep hill

      I have a 2018 TW450 that runs fine on flat ground but dies out when under load going uphill. Changed the gas filter and spark plug with same results. Letting it set for a few minutes it will run until it hits a incline. Belt is not slipping, but the engine just dies out and doesn't even want to run in neutral. Any ideas as to what I can try is appreciated in advance. Also only run non-ethanol for fuel.

      Coleman 400 wiring help

      2022 Coleman 400 with 13 hours on the engine and the mice got to it. Every wire coming out of the steering column in one cluster has been eaten through. I tried reconnecting matching wire colors to each other and I get the left turn signal and hazards to work, nothing else. If I play around a bit I can get the horn to honk or headlights to come on but only when I connect them to the brown wire. Obviously I don't know what I am doing here. Does anyone have a picture of how these wires are connected when they are under the hood on the drivers side coming from the steering column?
      Gray - seems to carry power
      Brown - left turn signal
      Green with purple stripe - hazards?
      Pink with red stripe - horn?
      Green - head lights?
      Yellow - head lights?
      Yellow with red stripe?
      Blue?
      Dark green?
      There is also a bundle hanging under the hood not connected to anything green with yellow strip, brown and blue?
      Other than that issue, I am about ready to sell this for parts if you interested let me know.

      Hey all, I was just wondering what you guys consider a necessary upgrade or spare part to have or mod onto your machine.
      I'm going for a kind of shtf survival rig that's not going to be SUPER heavy and I'm looking at getting:
      A spare belt (I keep seeing this mentioned everywhere I look so it must be important)
      A spare tire and mount( So would I need a jack like one from an old jeep or something else?)
      Tire chains for the winter
      And maybe a cargo bed upgrade so things don't slide out.
      Bumpers because duh.
      I already installed high output lights and have a windshield, roof, back window, and winch. And I outfitted a Molle panel for the back of my passenger seat with extra supplies like food, first aid, and spare mags.
      Any advise on increasing durability, longevity, and having something on hand because it's absolutely necessary would be a plus.

      2016 Kubota 1100 RTV Tilt Steering wheel locked Upper Position

      I need help I have a 2016 Kubota 1100 RTV my tilt steering wheel locked in the upper position after using the side release. The handle works but does not release the steering wheel to a lower position. If anyone knows and easy fix, please let me know any help is appreciated. Be Safe, Thanks!
