I would like to suggest that every one consider replacing the 4 swing arm pivot bolt with 6" X 5/8" bolts and tighten them very tight so that the caps on the end and the spacer become one with frame so that the bearings in the swing arm and bearings pivot on the spacer and not the spacer on the bolt. You may also want to put a zerk in the middle of each mounting bracket. The 6" bolt assures there is enough shank to pass through both mounting tabs. You will need some washers also.

6" X 5/8" bolts are readily available and much less expensive that M16 bolts that probably don't have the 100mm (min) shank.

At a minimum. go tighten the bolts you have, very tight!!!!! Add some grease too.

are you talking about the swing arm bolts that go threw the frame like behind the seats on the bottom. I tightened mine with locktight a long time agao and check them I tried to replace them but no luck getting a size is that bolt threw mcaster??? I also grease then all the time everyride actually

16mm = 0.629 921 259 84 inch

5/8 " = 0.625 inch

that's a difference of 0.00492125984"

0.004 921 259 84 inch = 0.124 999 999 94 millimeter

I used 5/8 X 6" bolts with washers so the shanks can go clear through mount tabs.

I did buy some 16mm X 140mm bolts, but the shank wasn't long enough, so I sent them back.

Just before I went on the ride where I broke my output shaft I checked all my bolts. These were loose so I tightened them and stripped them so I can visually see when the start to loosen. Jeffs suggestion is definitely a better long term solution.

      My 2022 Coleman/Hisun UTV 400 steering shaft has a couple of U-joints and angles to help get it down from the steering column to the rack.  Today, my son who drives it most came in and said that it wouldn't steer and that he could turn the steering wheel but it doesn't turn the wheels  I investigated and noticed that the bolt that clamps down the upper part of the steering shaft onto the lower one before the first u-joint in the steering shaft had fallen out.  We haven't been able to find it, so I wanted to see what size and thread, bolt I should get to fix it?

      Here in the UK we cant get replacement sets of bearings for the shocks. So we have sourced parts and had new stainless steel spacers made  (10mm front 12mm rear)  These are available to buy in the uk,
      I fear the cost to sell to the usa will now be huge as you will have to pay huge tariffs and sales tax on the tariffs, the parts being sourced separately from China. But for the UK cost is £21+VAT per shock absorber. You get two bearings 4 clips 4 seals and 4 new stainless steel spacers.

      Punched my Trooper into a ditch almost two years ago and I am trying to find a cheap frame preferably with title. Every thing on it was awesome. Customer air cleaner, new engine with low hours, custom shocks and springs, (rode like a Cadillac), heavy duty steering rack, trunk up front, doors, sound system. I’ll take any two or four seat that’s wrecked if the front of the frame is good forward of the firewall.

      I have a 2020 800 sx with about 16 hours on it.  From day one I have heard a clunking noise from the front end going over bumps.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Also this past weekend while out riding I heard a noise that sounded like the dump bed bounced three or four different times, again has anyone experienced anything like that.  Thanks, gary
