Dear 650 Commando users,

Please kindly note that there will be producition on Joyner 650 Rear Differntial and it's Ring and pinion set at the end of this month.

Anyone who is interested to get either the complete 650 Commando rear differential or the ring and pinion set please send your email to [email protected]. We will close collecting the order demand at the last day of July. Production lead time will be about 40 days and then we will ship the parts you ordered to your door using DHL Express.

As we know 650 rear differential and its parts are difficult to get now. Please take this chance when you can.

I think you misunderstood. I didn't mean to compete with any one.

There is no doubt that you can be my customer and have your price level. There is no conflict at all.

I just want to help as more 650 Commando user to fix their differential problem and at the same time help my partner ( the differential manufacturer, who ask me to collect demand in market)

Let's work together to help more Joyner users. And I hope you do good business.

      I posted this before , but I had the year wrong. The part I need is for a 2014, I don't know what all years will work, but I need the 2 bearing style with the spacer in the middle. It looks like this pic. If anyone has one I'll buy it rite away. my email is [email protected]. Thanks, RC

      Hope I posted this in the right place. Looking for the left side shaft carrier where the rear bearings go for an 1100cc sand viper, I understand an 800 cc carrier will also work. I need the old style two bearing with the spacer in the middle, the new style with just the one wide bearing wont work. If anybody has one I'll buy it right away. my email is [email protected]

      Polaris RZR 800 Rear Differential Pinion Nut Issue

      All mid 2008 through 2014 Polaris RZR 800 series have a big problem with the rear differential pinion nut backing off, allowing the pinion gear to shoot into the rear differential, destroying the rear differential. This has happened with machines with as little as less than 100 miles on them! Reports indicate that there are no problems, nor warnings, until the rear differential grenades, locking the rear axles solid! This requires the machine to be lifted onto a trailer, to be transported for rear differential replacement, as it destroys the case. After failure, rear differential replacement can be quite expensive: labor alone can run from $800-$1200 and a new OEM Spicer rear diff, if you can find one, can run from $1700-$2500! So, if you own any Polaris RZR 800 series between the years of 2008-2014, I recommend that you do this repair before further use of your machine. personally, I have grounded my machine until it can be done. Please check the online post for your own awareness.

      I have a box full of misc bolts, nuts, etc.
      I will sell the Chassis or Frame alone for $200. The chassis is in pretty good shape, needs some cage repair and 2 areas straightened where control arms mount. If anyone had an automotive frame machine it would take a few hours.

      Brake calipers, lines, pedal, master cyl, E brake assy,
      Steering shaft, wheel
      Ignition switch, key
      Light bar frame, 2 lights
      misc hardware, spindles
      2 hubs, rotors

      I am sure I am forgetting something.
      I am parting this out of ebay right now, I just picked up another project and could use the room. No I will not take less than $700 for all of it or $200 for the frame. I do not need to sell it, I will make far more parting it out but would like the extra space in the garage.
      If interested I also have an 07 1000rr engine setup I would sell with the buggy for $650.
