This is the most advanced Supercharger for Chery Engines. This is a modulator system for all Chery Engines.

We are going to dyno it in a few weeks. This is the third one we have made changers to.They all worked well but want to build the best performing one. Each one has inproved torque on the low end.Different runners and shape of the manifolds.Coming soon no turbo lag.Just touch the pedal and you are gone.Inter cooler is built in.

Any questions just send your question to my email.928 344 2117 [email protected]

This system will fit Joyner,Renli,Sand Reeper and any other Chery based power train.

Thanks Rich

I have seen turbo charger kits on the websites.I see pipes hoses exhaust system. But never have seen a dyno sheet.I mean never over all the years we have built performance parts.I tried to build one and it was just two twitchy.Turbo lag is just the most aggravating thing that i decided never to build one to sell. Our supercharger has none of these problems. The all you get is instant power from start to finish. We have them for all Joyner's,Models including Renli,Sand Reeper and any other buggy that uses the Chery engines.

Believe it's actually a fuel problem I can get to run great at full throttle just rich at accel,I am using o2 wide band to monitor ratios.
Should have bought turbo kit from a reputable dealer think is my problem

I bought xy groundpounder new and same with klung turbokit

Came with an emanage blue ecu that never worked and of course no warranty.

Ended up getting Dobeck to make me a EJK module  with custom tune, using a diode to bleed off extra voltage on map sensor so won't see boost and bypassing factory o2 sensor with a simulator . Kept factory injectors

It does haul ass now  but runs rich when first start to accel for a second or 2 ,

Verified with my wide band

      3.  Is there a data plan you can get or need ?

Going down a 20 deg hill engine is holding UTV back. Then something releases like going into Neutral and makes a loud clacking noise. Have to use brake to slow UTV down. Then once level it shifts back into gear. Have done shift extension does not pop out of gear.

I have a 2022 Coleman 400 utv. I have added a heater with a 3 speed fan. I notice that while running with nothing on, the battery voltage gets to about 13,7 volts when funning at speed. If I turn on the lights, the voltage drops to about 12.3,if I turn on the heater fan with the lights on, the battery light will come on. I have replaced the battery with a higher capacity one and have replaced the regulator/rectifier, both have made no difference. I have measured the ac voltage at 22 vac at idle across all 3 phases, so the stator is charging. I have never had any issues with not starting or running poorly due to low voltage. Just wondering if there is anything I can do to increase the voltage from the regulator or is this just a underachieving system?

Bought a used 4x4, engine runs. Tried rebuilding both pulleys. Ended up buying a transmission pulley system. The new one is aftermarket. The old one wallowed out and fell off.
The new one seems not to have enough splines inside. Seems like it is freewheeling. When it revs up and gets smaller pulley diameter, does it jump on the spline shaft? The driver pulley on the engine gets larger when it revs up. Had to make a pvc collar for the belt to sit on in the grove. No parts for sale on this pulley. Is the belt supposed to sit at the bottom? There must be a trick to get the belt on. Any ideas?

      Thanks Dave in Florida

I realize that many of you do not have diesel machines.  For those that do, this is for you:
Just wanted to post my experience this past week.  Here in Texas, we had pretty good dip in temps.  For 4 days it did not get above 25.  At night, it was single digits or close to it.  I always put Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer in the storage tank (30 gallon).  And up until this tank I was using Power Service (white bottle) for anti-gel.  Never had an issue.
This tank, however, I switched to Stabil All season (anti gel).  It is supposed to good down to -40.  Zap.  That is a big fat lie.  I put in twice the amount called for in the instructions.  Result was less than optimal.  I drove the SxS 100 feet (to go get the mail) and it died.  I looked at the fuel bowl and it was a cloudy, wax substance.  So, the Stabil did not work.  That said, I'm not sure that I ever tested the Power Service in the same manner.  So I am not saying that one is better than the other.
What are your experiences?  Are these products inferior?  What do you folks in the northern states / Canada use?  Am I missing something?
